As for the shipment, DPD indicates it requires about 4 business days to deliver packages to Portugal. I see the package has been in transit for 3 business and after a failed delivery attempt on the the 3rd business day (address error) the package was picked up on the 4th business day. This seems to be a normal shipment for us, but if you experienced any other delay outside what we can see in the tracking information, please let us know.
