I strongly advise against ordering from Doublepoint
I paid €6,666.55 and to this day I have neither received the goods nor my money back. I’ve had to chase them repeatedly, and communication has been slow, inconsistent, and felt like stalling rather than real support. Even after providing the information they requested, the process kept dragging on with no clear timeline and no reliable updates.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience and completely unacceptable for such a large amount of money. A reputable business should not require customers to send multiple reminders and threats of escalation just to get a basic resolution.
Avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk losing time, dealing with poor customer service, and being left without the product or a refund.
