VerbeterpuntenSo here is my experience buying a pair of Klipsch RP-280F and Klipsch R-115SW from double point. I though its a good deal and i see it has an option of ordering on same day and getting it delivered on next day.
I thought it to be a genuine website and ordered everything on a friday. To be honest nothing happend on next day and i thought its fine and was a weekend so will get delivered on Monday. They told me everything will be shipped on Monday and will get delivered on Tuesday (still claims next day delivery). I want to get me speaker as early as possible and i stayed home from work to get it delivered. But all which is delivered is the subwoofer and my speaker wires. What a pity. What can i do with just a subwoofer and which stupid audio company will ship only a subwoofer and speakers wires without speakers.
Then i started chasing their customer care which will never if you are trying to call. Only way to get them directly is through chat that too only in the morning. And after that its gone. Forget about customer service. These guys don’t have any idea what that means.
I have not got my speaker on the next weekend as well and i am on the third weekend after ordering without the speaker. Now they are claiming it will get delivered on office day where i have to stay home to get it and this has been done without any appointment.
I ordered on July 14th and today its already July 29th and i still don’t have the order. Stay away!
