Good, but too long delivery time

Tyro should have an option, where customers can ask for urgent delivery, due to ie. break-downs etc. Urgent deliveries could be charge extra of course.

Service nutzlos

Wir haben um einen neuen Handsender gebeten. Obwohl die Seriennummer kommuniziert wurde, mussten Sender und Empfänger eingeschickt werden. Dabei kam heraus, dass es die 10 Jahre alten Sender gar nicht mehr gibt. Die Erkenntnis wurde teuer in Rechnung gestellt.

Vielen Dank für die konstruktive Kritik. Hier handelt es sich um ein Missverständnis, denn einen Sender hätten wir problemlos nachbauen können. Allerdings waren beim vorliegenden Set sowohl Sender als auch Empfänger defekt, weshalb wir anstelle eines Nachbaus veralteter Technik unser neuestes Modell angeboten haben. Wenn Sie sich für den Kauf eines neuen Sets entscheiden, ziehen wir die entstandenen Diagnosekosten vom Neupreis ab. Als Folge dieses Missverständnisses werden wir die Formulierung in unserer Diagnose überarbeiten um in Zukunft verständlicher zu kommunizieren, was defekt ist.

Exremely helpfull

I have been using Sedna/aquarius combinations for some time and been pleased with product the quick response of the company. I have recently embarked on an R&D project which needed 2 way radio communication. The Virgo CanOpen equipment was proposed and I have had a lot of help from the company with the implementation. While I still have some work to do to get the product to market, the Virgo communication system is functioning well.
