Ordered a case for Christmas it arrived quickly and the case was excellent

I was a little disappointed with the delivery charges

Love the design of my case but it’s a high gloss finish and I’ve dropped my phone several times already so I’m going to have to change to a basic one so I don’t break it. It really needs to be redesigned with some grips on the edges

The case came damaged and I couldn’t use it

Having brough samsung s20 fe not many personnel case are available. You have lots of choice and the case cane out great. My only issue was trying to have whittling ontop of pic was a bit difficult but managed to complete before sending off to complete

I ordered the hard back photo case as i was stuck between the silicone one, get the silicone one if you’re going to purchase i wish i did!! The case hasn’t been dropped or thrown about but the line around the camera has snapped and is hanging off. I so wish i had ordered the silicone as it was for my boyfriends valentine gift and i’ve payed £15 for a case that’s broken in a week.

Website very easy to use and my products arrived safely and looked amazing

I paid 25.00 pounds in total for the case and fast track . The images were not clear on the case and quality of the case is awful if my child holds on to the case it can snap as quick as that awful quality. Also I paid for fast track from ups company it arrived four weeks later I paid for a product and service awful service was not even refunded my money pack got the postage will never recommend

Ordering my product was easy, the website was super easy to navigate and get what I wanted. However my product should of been delivered on the 15th feb and I still haven’t received it and no word as to when it will be

Excellent service arrived very quickly

The item came a little after Valentine’s Day, but the quality and the image look amazing. My other half was amazed with the it. Very happy customer.

No issues, product arrived on time and as desrcibed.

I was very happy with the result of the personalised phone case and personalised battery pack as the photos came out well and them and was very easy to do, plus they sorted out the problem of which phone I had very efficiently and considerately

I took my case out of the packaging and the picture had patches where it had came off I personally think I wouldn’t go again

The phone case was of poor quality and the photo print was dull and too magenta in colour. I got a refund as it was unusable.

Very bad. I paid for advanced delivery and my phone case still hasn’t came 3 weeks after I ordered. I put in a complaint and was told I would be refunded, it’s been 10 days and still haven’t received my refund. I have emailed 3 times asking for a receipt of the refund and not had any reply.
