I have never once written a bad review because I wouldn't want to ruin a company's name but on this occasion I feel it is necessary. My husband bought me a phone case from this company as a surprise for my 30th lockdown birthday and to make sure it arrived early for him to wrap and keep as a surprise for me he even paid the extra £8 guaranteed delivery for the Friday before my birthday. Well this case didn't actually turn up for nearly two weeks after the guaranteed date. I contacted this company after my birthday and sent several emails in and used their contact us form and to this day have still not even had a reply, a month later. Such a shame as the case was so lovely and I was going to order one for my husbands birthday coming up but the fact the company do not respond and the fact that it was delivered so late has put me off. If you order from this company DO NOT pay for extra delivery as it will arrive whenever they want it to and make sure if it's a present order well in advance.

Was not as good a quality as I thought and paid a decent price for it but it doesn’t provide much protection for phone and camera isn’t protected at all

Order placed 2nd February for Valentine’s Day, today is the 20th and still not received??!! Also, you claim to be from UK but order printed in Holland? Deceiving to your consumers, will report to google if no action taken on my order.

My daughter designed her own phonecase and it was made exactly as she had designed it.

Awful awful awful. Didn't receive item and had to raise a case through PayPal to get refund. Would never ever deal with the company ever again.

It's been a least 3 to 4 weeks since I made the order and it's been over 2 since I tried to contact you about a faulty case. I will reiterate the fact that one of the cases its loose and thus unusable, as my phone would rattle around and fall out. You have refused to communicate on any of my attempt complaints through your system. Its a complete joke. I will never use this company again as you can't even fulfil basic customer service.

Searching all over the place for someone that will do a cover for my phone and found it finally. Was easy to upload pictures after multiple attempts on my behalf trying to decide what photo I wanted but when chosen it was fab. You can never be too sure with online pictures as you don't know what it will look like but when it came it did not disappoint at all! Delivery was quick given the circumstances and will even use again either when I get a new phone or want to change covers now and again.
