I stayed here with my 4 children (ages 9, 12,13 and 16) in a premium duingalow. We had a fantastic time and could not fault anything. Accommodation excellent, customer service excellent, amenities excellent!

Absolutely fantastic family holiday, can't find fault, staff are so accommodating and helpful, grounds are so relaxed and safe for children.

Family time in the pool to avoid the older groups of lads and lassies bumping into younger kids in the lazy river

Had a fab time. The kids loved the amusment park and tiki pool. The lodge tents were fantastic to live in, clean, warm, cosy and fun and so convenient to the park and local to wassenaar.

More signage and safety on the roads in the park regarding kids cycling in all directions. More safety with railings around water areas to prevent small kids falling in.

It would be nice if the beds were made on arrival.

Post simple instructions for the microwave/oven clearly displayed as it can be confusing if not familiar with such.

Excellent facilities. Wonderful water park and theme park. The food court served a good variety of dishes that catered for everyone. Top class Duingalow, very spacious and comfortable. Good that you can gain access to the facilities if you arrive early.

Instructions on how to use appliances in Duingalow would be helpful.

We love Duinrell! We have been there 3 years running and have booked to go again I'm 2019. We've always camped although we have booked a lodgetent for next year. We have travelled all over the world and our children say it is their favourite holiday. The fun fair and water park are brilliant and it is nice and close to the centre of wassenaar

Security need to be more vigilant at night. Too much loud noise from people partying until very late (3am this year)

Very relaxed. Duingalows are fantastic. Tiki pool is excellent and was a real hit with my kid's and adults too.

I recommend fencing around the boundary of the lake plus improved lighting. A freezer in the Duingalows and an oven would be perfect for grilling.

A review of the plaza restaurant would be great. It is very slow if you ordering food from different sections. Everybody eats at different times! A carvery like area would be brilliant.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a great range of rides and entertainment.

The Tiki pool should have some sort of deal for people staying on Duinrell campsite. At the moment, it is very expensive to take the whole family to the pool every day during our holiday week, so we ended up only using it twice.

My family have been to Duinrell 4 years in a row. We enjoy all the on-site facilities and the Duingalows offer comfortable and clean accommodation. Overall a great family holiday and we have recommended to friends, many of which have visited.

Duingalow this year could have been a little cleaner. The floor in the bathroom required a good scrub. Other than that everything was great.
