I stayed for 7 nights with my son (14) and daughter (12) at the start of July this year. This was our second year. Excellent place. We travel from Glasgow, Scotland on the overnight Newcastle to Amsterdam ferry. We arrived in the park at 11:30 AM and were able to access the fully cleaned accommodation by 2pm (an hour early). Full access to al facilities in the time waiting which was great. We took our car and the trip by ferry and driving is very easy and not stressful at all. Highly recommend this trip to UK trip to UK residents. very likely back next year! Thanks to all at Duinrell again. Great holidays and memories in 2025 and 2026.

4zomers om rij geweest. Zoontje en ik.. we kijken er altijd naar uit. Voelen ons er thuis. Camping altijd ok, niets op aan te merken.

Bungalow very spacious, comfortable and clean. Pub had good atmosphere and facilities good. Great location. Only negative was cleanliness around pool and park, definite need for more staff to keep place clean. We have been to many parks and have not experienced rubbish or bird pool in and around pool.

Online boekingsinfo klopte niet. Geboekte lodge was bij aankomst niet goed schoongemaakt en gecontroleerd (koffie en oude filter in koffiezetter, kapotte stortbak van toilet, snoeppapiertjes en sokken van vorige gasten in slaapkamers).Na onze melding werd de stortbak vervangen. Veel brandnetels rond lodge en in het attractiepark. Onnodige identificatiepasjes, nergens nodig gehad. Slechts dagelijks voor 8 personen zwembadtoegang bij een 12-persoonslodge. Veel overlast tot ca. 3 uur in de nacht van andere gasten (rondrennen, hard praten, muziek).

We pitched with our tent after travelling by car from Ireland- Easy check in, clean and comprehensive facilities. Fantastic theme park, lots to explore. My kids spend hours in the multiple playparks and outdoor pool. It was great to see their confidence grow in the indoor water park too by taking on the faster slides. We enjoyed the family pub quiz and silent disco too. Strongly recommend Duinrell!

It was great

This is a great park but it is not universally accessible in my opinion. No mobility scooters or other accessible vehicles. A manual wheelchair is your only option. When we arrived, there was a large queue of people wanting to check in and the only option was to stand in the queue and wait. I walk with crutches so this was very difficult. Then afterwards, we had to walk with all our luggage to our house. They actually use these little vehicles like a large golf cart so it would have been very helpful for someone to even just carry our luggage for us. We rented bikes to go to Leiden, my only option was to get a bus and a train in order to meet them, I would have loved to have gone with them but there was no options for me which I feel is inexcusable in 2026. Please review your accessibility policy to include wheelchair users but also people with mobility issues as well.

Swimming pool restrictions indoor and outdoor Theme park opening hours

We found the chalet itself to be absolutely lovely, clean, and well-equipped. The general park amenities are excellent and there is a lot to do on-site. However, our holiday was heavily impacted by two major issues regarding pool access and a complete lack of basic customer service empathy. First, it should be made explicitly clear to families booking here that you are not able to access the Tiki Pool every day of your stay. I was traveling with my youngest child who isn't big enough to go on the main theme park rides and just wanted to splash around and play in the water. Considering the cost of the stay, discovering the daily restrictions on pool entry was a massive letdown for a toddler who just wanted to swim, and a reason as to why we most likely wont return. Second, and most upsettingly, the customer service regarding accessibility was terrible. We were traveling with an individual with a disability, which we explicitly made known to the park before we checked in. Despite this advance notice, there was absolutely zero empathy or effort to accommodate them upon arrival. There was no note made to have the wheelchair ready for us at check in, and staff refused to use the park's golf carts to help drive them to our chalet while we resolved the issue of obtaining their wheelchair. For a major family holiday park, the lack of proactive care and basic empathy for guests with additional mobility needs is incredibly disappointing. While the physical accommodation was great, Duinrell seriously needs to train its staff on customer service and accessibility support.

Excellent place to visit. Kids loved the pool, waterpark and theme park. The pre booking of the pools was a huge negative though. Takes the enjoyment out of the holiday having to pre plan and juggling vouchers. If duinrell let the waterpark and pools be permanently open then this would be a 10/10 campsite

Theme park .. parts could be brought up To date. Swimming pool overcrowded Food expensive, supermarket expensive Restaurants close by 9pm No where to get food on site after 9pm, odd that bar doesn’t service food. Staff not the friendliest Other than that clean and good choice of activities

Ridiculously overpriced restaurant food and very rude and abrupt reception staff. The duingalow was full of ants and scorching hot with no bug nets on the window so they could be left open at night. The amusement park was overrun with kids on school tours who were out of control in the queues, pushing, shoving and jumping the queues all day. No supervision whatsoever and very cheeky and rude when confronted about their behaviour. It was an exhausting experience.

We booked direct Duinrell. Stayed at Premium Duingelow house with sauna and full air conditioning, bar the small box bedroom. Only thing it didn't have was a hairdryer or iron.  No washing machine in the house either but great laundry onsite. Walk straight into the town of Wassenaar, lovely cafes, restaurants, shops etc.

Great place, lovely accommodation, easy to get around, facilities, supermarket and place to eat nearby. We love it! Probably come back next year!

We had a fun short break at Duinrell. Our safari tent was nice and well equipped, but a bit cramped in with other plots. We enjoyed the theme park and the tiki pool. Both were well kept and good fun. Though the outdoor pool could have been cleaner. It was extremely busy due to a lot of school trips and a festival (which we were not advised of) meaning it was difficult to get on the rides. The tiki pool was quiet at the right time however we feel the holiday park guests should have a pool on the site just for themselves as there is no where to cool off or enjoy at any time of day (it was very hot during our visit) to have fun in a pool just for park guests. The arcade is quite expensive.

This park offered everything for all the family. Comfortable, clean, high standard accommodation. We had a fantastic time.

Our time at Duinrell was excellent from start to finish. Our 2 kids 12 and 9 had the most exciting and relaxed time. They loved everything the park had to offer from rollercoasters, waterpark and playgrounds! They had so much to do each day it gave us time to enjoy our time too. We travelled as a party of 6, grandparents, parents and kids. The duingalow was a great accommodation for us as it gave us plenty of space in side and out. The aircon was also very helpful on the hotter days. We honestly cannot wait to come back.

We stayed at the campsite, lovely clean facilities nearby and we enjoyed a day at the theme park and visited the pool. We had a lovely couple of days for a really affordable price. Definitely recommend.

Lovely campsite with super facilities, staff very customer focus and helpful. Theme park very good with plenty of rides and attractions to keep all ages amused and entertained. On site super market well stocked and provided all and any provisions you may need. Restaurants, Pub and snack bars catered for all tastes with plenty of choices. My only criticisms- 1). ID photos should be part of arrival and registration, inclusive of any additional costs. 2). Exit route should be clearly marked when leaving the site.

Dit was niet onze eerste keer in Duinrell en zoals altijd hebben we weer genoten van een heerlijk lang weekend. Bij aankomst in onze accommodatie viel echter plotseling de rookmelder van het plafond. Nog geen seconde daarvoor was mijn 11-jarige zoon eronder doorgelopen. De rookmelder viel vlak langs hem op de grond. Ik vind dit erg gevaarlijk. Als de rookmelder op zijn hoofd was gevallen, had onze vakantie er heel anders uitgezien. De volgende dag viel ook de toiletrolhouder ineens van de muur. Ik denk dat dit soort zaken beter gecontroleerd moeten worden tijdens de schoonmaak en het onderhoud van de accommodaties, zodat gasten geen ongemak of gevaarlijke situaties ervaren. Ondanks deze incidenten hebben we verder weer een fijn verblijf gehad.

We had the best time in Duinrell. Accommodation, theme park and water park was amazing! We'd really like to personally thank the security, especially RJ who helped us with an awkward situation with our pre-payed taxi man. Despite this awful experience, he made sure myself and my kids got to our flight on time and took such great care of us. He really went above and beyond and were so grateful. We can wait to come back!

11 of us, 6 adults and 5 children spent a most wonderful time at Duinrell. From the excellent Dungalow facilities to the amusement rides and the exciting water park slides we enjoyed every minute of our time there and would highly recommend it for all children from 1 to 100

We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at Duinrell Family Fun Park in the Netherlands. My fiancée, our children, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The weather was amazing, there was plenty to do for all ages, and the whole park had a wonderful family atmosphere. Every day was filled with fun, laughter, and great memories. We would highly recommend Duinrell to anyone looking for a family getaway – it’s an experience in itself. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
