We loved it, despite the rain. It is just that opening hours were displayed from 10-18, when it turned out to be 11-16. But when we misinterpreted our discount time at the Tikibad, with the additional half our changing time, it was so nice of your employee to give us a break as to not having to pay extra. I particularly liked the kindness of the employees and how they made sure we had a great time with their happiness and customer service (also non solicited - like the woman at the Kikkerbaan who offered to take our picture when we were in the front seats). I do think charging 6,50 for a capuccino at Dunkin' Donuts is insane though.

Parc bien aménagé et propre. La location d un chalet dans le parc est un plus

Lodge was comfortable. Park/Estate was lovely. Hired bikes and explored area including Leiden and Meijendel. Had a great time in Tikibad. Enjoyed the rides but sad that Mad Mill wasn't running. This was out seventh time at Duinrell and we will be coming back again soon x

The duingalows are damp and smelly and black mould is clearly visible. We were moved when we reported this nasty surprise upon arrival, but the 2nd place was worse, and STANK of toxic chemicals in the bedrooms. We also received no help when the 2nd place had no parking. A stressful arrival to say the least... (and new poor people were put right into the first moldy place too). It was difficult to sleep with the toxic smell. We tried to brave it and air out the place with open doors and buying air freshners, wanting to enjoy our expensive holiday for the kids. Wanting it not to be this way. But it made no difference to the stink, except we froze and loud noises kept us awake. We stayed away from the duingaloe as much as possible, but it was raining. Eventually we had to try for help again and see what the smell could be: I was genuinely worried and it was really foul. But (some)staff dont care and have a weird, unhelpful attitude towards customers. Maybe the problems are too great. We had no choice but to leave early. No refund, nor apology given, only bizarre "we're sorry you don't like our response" message, calling me back only when i specifically said i'm not available on the phone, and not when i was available. Then denying that. Aggressive denials on their side after what they put us through all in all. It was a bitter and cruel experience, and a stressful ordeal with 2 young kids. The food places on site are over priced and unhealthy (and poorly managed too though a few staff are very friendly and trying). The park and pool are fun, kids enjoyed them a lot, but DO NOT stay the night, never mind a week! Horrible memories. And simply not ok.

Perfect for little chikdren. Tiki bad a bit too noisy and hot

We are a group of 11 people (adult and children) in the Oranjerie (4 families) and it was just great. The park has excellent attractions for kids, and the water park (the closed section) was warm with great slides.

We loved our stay at Duinrell. The pizzas in the plaza were lovely. The pub, lots of fans and lots to do for the children. The theme park catered for everyone. The accommodation was brilliant our only gripe was the shower was blocked and kept flooding the bathroom.

Everything was great! We stayed in a duingalow which was spotless! The staff were lovely and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to families!

Lovely stay from start to finish. This is our fourth visit here and each time we love it. The park is very well laid out and everything is easy accessible regardless where you’re staying. Park is lovely and clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to all ages.

We had many holidays in Duinrell when my children were young, this time we went as a bigger family, which included my two young grandchildren. We stayed in a Dungalow, which was so clean and had all the facilities we needed, along with a sauna. The park was fantastic and the thing we love about Duinrell is that they always put money back in to improving the site. There were new rides and attractions. Along with the old favourites. We all love the traditional little village opposite the site and the Tuesday market. It is easy to travel from Duinrell and we visited Amsterdam, Liden and Den Hague. It is such a special holiday and people of all ages will love it.

We've been coming now for 22 years and we love the place and area. We fear that it could become 'too big" and expensive leading to the loss if its identity.

We had a great time at Duinrell, it was our first holiday here and we absolutely loved the facilities, the duinglow was clean and in good condition. The location was great. We had all the services we needed nearbye. The park was brilliant but we found it to be very inconsistent with the opening amd closing of the park rides. There was no entertainment in the evening and everthing was finished by 4pm accept the tiki pool. It would be improved if the park had stayed open a bit longer.

My kids enjoyed the rides and pool very much. We stayed in a nice glamping lodge. Unfortunately it's all rather tainted by the fact my new jacket was taken from my locked accommodation and only Duinrell staff had the keys. Reception staff very slow to react and I'm still waiting to hear from someone in management. Wassanaar police on the other hand were great. I recommend calling them if it happens to you.

I was staying in one of the higher up luxury lodges and was surprised that there were no made up steps on the sandy slope. It made each trip up and down a real slog. The rides were all great fun but my grandchildren were disappointed that the new car driving circuit was still not opened when your publicity had led us to believe it would be. On the plus side, your staff were very helpful dealing with our altered accommodation requests. Thank you very much for that!

Anyone we dealt with was really lovely and all the park staff were great with the kids.

Second trip to Duinrell and certainly not the last, so much fun and this trip we ventured to the local beaches which were very good also a day trip into Amsterdam..: highly recommend

Had the best time ever no problems at all

We travelled to Duinrell from the UK with a car on the Harwich-Hook of Holland ferry and stayed in a comfort duingelow with our 6 and 10 year old boys. We had a fantastic holiday, the accommodation was comfortable, in a quiet area of the park, and there was so much to do that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We would recommend it to anyone with children aged 5+ and over 1.2m as below that they are quite limited on the water slides and rides that they can go on, although there are parks and splash zones for smaller kids.

duinrell is a great company to deal with, everyone was nice and make u feel welcome.

Very Bad experience

Our grandchildren had a fabulous time here we ran from bumper cars to troll train to splash fountain to the arcade. Rode bikes swam in the tikibad walked the woods went to the beach. Amazing! Only criticism short on staff one rude girl had my grandson in tears at the catapult by refusing him entrance even though he was well in the hight range and had been on several times before. She said he had to be 10 years old no signs for this only height chart!! We also lost a child's wallet which was handed in to a staff member by a German family who found it and contacted us by using the phone number in the wallet. However on repeatedly asking at info and reception it was not found??

Our week at Duinrell was wonderful for all of us. The kids loved the water park and the rollercoasters and we loved watching them love it!

Organised from checking in to checking out. Lots of great activities and the rides and water park was great. Accommodation was clean and fun and functional although a few more vibbbags would have been useful

From booking till coming home the experience was 5 star. We had so much fun with lots to do and lots to explore, all the staff were friendly, areas were kept clean and tidy and the accommodation was exactly as described. The water park inside and out kept everyone entertained with the theme park and kids play areas outstanding. Local beach was great hiring a bike was fun getting about and a trip to Amsterdam for the day was great with cheese factory, clog making and a cruise along the canals. Can’t wait to come back.
