Duinrell we helpful from start to finish and gave us a fantastic holiday in between. Absolutely brilliant holiday. We will be returning that is for sure, and that’s the biggest compliment I can give. None of us wanted to come home!

Great clean family site. Good facilities including plaza. Both teens and adults loved the rides and water slides. Our only gripe was it felt there were too many people allowed to book for the indoor and outdoor pool- queues for the indoor and nowhere to sit for the outdoor. But overall had a good time and would recommend.

Slides in pool are best, almost to fast. The rides are a great thrill also, you wont be disappointed. I like padel courts..restaurants not brilliant but not an issue.

We loved almost everything about duinrell. It’s a well run, clean and lovely place. Friendly staff, nice environment and plenty of entertainment to keep all ages entertained The waterpark was a particular highlight

Three of our made beds had blood stains on them The house was filthy hairs on the stairs, filth under the cushions Reception couldn't give a monkies (Bedding was changed) Everything overpriced Food not very nice Lieden is beautiful Not going back, such ashame

Dungilow was riddled with mice. When it was reported poison was put in place with zero follow up. More mice were reported and further and investigated on our request only to be informed that there were already traps in place which suggests that there was already an mice issue within the property before we stayed there. This was our second year and it ruined our holiday. We will not be retuning

We had a great holiday accommodation was great and the amusement park was brilliant for the kids. We had plenty to do . We used the pool twice. On our last day my son went down the slide and nearly drowned only for my other son andy husband they saved him. The lifeguard did nothing to help we weren't even asked afterwards was my son even ok. That happened on our last day we were all very shook over it and left the pool before our time was up. The pool was obviously are worst experience of our holiday. Apart from that every thing was brilliant. If we go back we won't be using the pool but everything else we will.

We love Duinrell for the great atmosphere, rides, pool and town it is set in. Pros: We had a duingalow really near a park entrance and right near the plaza which works for us! We hired go karts for a day which kids and adults alike loved! The rides and arcades are fun! Wassenaar is a beautiful town. Cons: Our duingalow was quite dusty and we are pretty sure my husband and daughter came home with bed big bites. The park closes quite early. The wait in the plaza for food was unbelievable! Lots of the washers and dryers in different areas of the park were not working.

Really enjoyed the week, accommodation spacious and clean. Facilities on site top class.

Plenty to keep the kids entertained , my only gripe would be that you can use the out door water park more - as kids wanted to use both but were limited to 4 times in the 8 days we were there, offered to pay but they said no, and the out doors was empty !! Really does not make sense. We stayed in our own motorhome and the showers are great but the services for the toilet were too far away. Otherwise excellent holiday great park been 7 times now.

We stayed in the camping area for 9 nights. Can’t fault it. Large area to camp the bathrooms and showers were great. Very clean at all times. The amusement park was amazing so much to do there. Family young and old loved it. The pool indoor one was very crowded at times. Bit overwhelming. I preferred the outdoor pool. They need to lessen charge for outdoor pool to encourage more to go and lessen the crowd in the indoor pool.

Nous sommes venu séjourner dans le camping en toile de tente, c'est un endroit rêvé pour les enfants. Le parc d'attraction est génial et la piscine incroyable. Je recommande cet endroit!!! Juste un petit bémol, les emplacements de tente était mal indiqué et délimité nous avons du déplacer notre tente en plein séjour... Mais nous reviendrons !!

Always easy to work with. No complaints

Booking details were wrong, reception not interested to sort things out for you. camp place (one of them) was already occupied and spend hours to sort out on arrival. got then finally another one. dirty litter places on the way to swimming pool. food overprized. not open at lunch time. pedestrian and cars on same road instead of clear pedestrian pathways (main roads). Teenagers enjoyed rides

We love Duinrell but we won’t be coming back. The experience this time was very mixed. The pre trip communication was good but we were very disappointed to find the access to the Tiki Bad is not free and is much reduced (7 euros per person per visit). The arrival was fine and again we could access our pitch early after arriving off the morning ferry. The pitch (Lindenveld) was very small and difficult to get on (Eiland has the only decent sized pitches). The facilities were ok, but totally inadequate number of chemical toilet disposal points and no provision for grey water disposal - everyone just dumps it on the pitch! The Wi-Fi also didn’t work at all during our stay. We didn’t us the cycle hire this time but it is quite a steep cost. The park itself was mostly good with reasonable queues and late opening, but the cleanliness of the queues was terrible. They are covered in chewing gum from years back. Despite rules, there was also lots of smoking in queues with no staff doing anything about it (just ban smoking in the park!). The tikibad was massively over full every time we went with a ridiculously long queue for all the slides. The wave pool was jammed which wasn’t very pleasant. The lockers are now free but quite a few wrist straps for the keys were broken requiring a trip back to the changing rooms. The changing area is very beaten up too. The showers had loose electrical wires in several places. Only time before an accident. We didn’t do any of the entertainment or really use the shop this time but compared to some of the other sites and parks in nearby countries it just isn’t worth the effort or cost any more. They need to really revamp the camp site and make the pitches bigger, put in proper drainage and make the Wi-Fi usable. The tiki bad needs a much lower maximum capacity to make it bearable.

Huge campsite, but worked out well. Too far for emptying chemical toilets. Could be nice with hand soap at the toilet buildings. Did not try the Tiki Pool area, not worth it for 2 hours, should be 3 or 4.

Overall excellent family friendly resort. Fantastic pools, theme park, play parks and glamping accommodation. We stayed in a ranger lodge tent which was very clean and had everything we needed. Onsite restaurants and pub (in central plaza) weren't open until 5pm which was abit strange but the smaller cafes near parks were open in day and local pubs just over the road in Wassenar are really good and welcoming. Weather was terrible on our visit but there was plenty of inside activity to do

We had a fabulous week and thoroughly enjoyed the holiday park, the amusements/ rides and the brilliant pool. The kids have had the best week. The information before and during our stay was exceptional and all staff that we came into contact with with helpful, friendly and accommodating. The campsite itself was lovely and we had a gorgeous camping pitch overlooking the river/lake. The facilities were great and there was loads to do on the campsite (go karts and breakfast pastries stand out) but it’s also really well situated for The Hague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam - and it was easy to find as well. A great holiday all in all!

Spent a brilliant 5 days here. Weather was mixed but there was plenty for the children. We enjoyed walking to pick up fresh bread and pastries each morning from the shop. The pool is amazing and not too packed, although getting through the changing area is a bit of a scrum at times. The Theme park was great for our two and all the rides felt safe with high getting checked etc. Only downside was the site facilities for caravans all appear to be in one area with waste water disposal and chemical toilet disposal down the bottom of the site which can be quite a walk depending on where you are. Overall a great site and I expect we will be back.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay, clean, modern, stylish and very comfortable. The system for using the pool was amazing and great fun was had on the slides. Highlights for us was hiring bikes and cycling to The Hague and visiting the local restaurants. From the park there is easy access to public transport.

Everything was fine. The only thing I can find wrong was the carrying of the double rings up all those stairs. You could say , well don’t go on it . All other places we have been to have a lift or conveyor to take these to the starting point.

My family and I stayed in July 2023. The Duingalow accommodation itself was a great size and had all the adequate equipment for a weeks stay. However, I was disappointed to be greeted with a musty smell on arrival, it literally smelt like dust. The ledges behind the curtains had a thick layer of dust and under the beds.. although i thought it confirmed my belief that the cleaning was poor; my daughter was delighted to find some toys from a previous family. The park was great, fab choice for all ages and the queue times were brilliant. More monitoring from employees should be instigated to stop families feeding the seagulls. They were swooping down and injured a couple of people.

We were well looked after from day one. Pitch was perfect water hook would have been preferred all facilities were perfect all activities were great. What more can I say a vary enjoyable holiday

Kids loved it .a few more swimming vouchers would be ideal.very clean Toliets showers enjoyed it will come again
