2 Adults, 2 teenagers & 11 year old Great location, lots to do on the park. Transport to The Hague was nice & easy to catch the train to Amsterdam etc Only one small fault would be that there was no soap/sanitizer at Dennenveld toilet block

Excellent swimming pool with great slides and activities for all children and adults. Great fairground rides again catering for everyone and lovely slides and climbing for the kids too. Mostly staff were great - but in booking the outside pool by mistake only half the party were allowed to the inside which seemed a bit harsh. Everywhere nice and clean and in good repair. Our older type dungalow was fine with nice outside area too. The new houses my sons stayed in were really great.

Where do I start!!! Such a great family fun filled holiday. We stayed in a comfort Duingalow it was perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. It was clean, comfortable and had all the accessories needed in the kitchen. The tiki pool is so much fun and caterers for all age groups. The outside pool area is lovely also, water a bit cold but fine as soon as you get used to it. The rides where great fun even catered for our 3 year old so we all had fun. The night time entertainment we went to the Mat's Magical illusions what a fantastic show. They were amazing would highly recommend going to see it. Overall we had a great holiday. The staff were lovely and friendly we had the best family holiday ever. We will be back.

We drove all away from Denmark. Almost 11 hrs. We booket for 4 days, 3 nights in one of the 6 person apartments inside the park. We received Linen( bed Sheets) only for 3 persons. After l complained to the reception the second day, I only got 1 sheet the 3rd day. After talking to the reception again the 4th day, they claimed I can not be reimbursed for Sheets we didn't get. But they forgot that those Sheets were paid seperatly from the apartment. Secondly we were there for 4 days, 3 nights. We only got 2 kupon for both the indoor and outdoor Pools . And you are not allow to use both for one kupon. That means either you used the indoor or outdoor pool but not both. Thirdly, we were only allow to used the pool for a maximum of 2 hrs. Despite we were living inside. We have to argue with the pool receptionist for about 20 mins before we were allow to used the pool for more than 2 hrs. Your kupon is invalid after usage. That means, if you used the pool in the morning, you need another kupon to use the pool in the evening. It says no time restrictions to the pool in our entrance Ticket. But they said that's their rules. I asked them. Can you drive from Denmark to Holland just to swim for 2hrs?. 4thly, There is only one electric vehicle charging station situated behind the plazza. Foreigners to Holland can not used it because you must have a special card and you can't pay with through app 5th, The micro oven in our apartments (444) was very dirty. There was no chopping board in the kitchen. Not all was bad, at least my children were very happy with all the rides in the park. Very nice park, very nice rides, those bike renters were very very helpful. Big thanks from us.

We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad op de camping, niets op aan te merken. Erg leuk park en zwembad. 1 Verbeterpuntje voor de camping: we stonden vlak bij containers die elke ochtend rond 8 a 9 uur werden geleegd waardoor wij allemaal wakker werden. De wc's worden s morgens schoongemaakt op het moment dat net iedereen wakker wordt. Het zou handiger zijn dit veel vroeger te doen, bijv. om 6 of 7 uur 's morgens.

Good camping but in tikipad children younger than 120cm have to wear armbands even if they know how to swim. if you know swim you don't need armbands in many of the pools. To charge water a camper is small to big campers. activities for children are few. Wouldn't the mini-disco be better in the pub? In the kiosk it was not of quality

Booked direct, I taught there would he extra care for customers, the comfort Dungilow we stayed in had such a bad smell througout,(travelled with another family and theres was same) We did not sit outside as everything was overgrown & weeds. Food on site was not great & outside area where you eat very dirty & bar staff where not friendly & very slow to serve even when not busy, we actually avoided eating or drinking on site. All other staff very nice. Housekeeping should change towels at least once in the week for the price thats charged for this accomadation. Theme park & water park (indoor) where very good. Food stall & coffee bars in park way over priced. Overall was disapointed & wouldnt recommend.

Great time. Our 3rd visit here.Lots to do plenty of rides to go on and loved the tiki pool. Loved the Duingalow and close to plaza and amusements. Shows were excellent too . Highly recommended

My Kids ages ranged from 7 to 16. There was something for everyone.

The amusement park should be longer open and til tiki bad has to many people inside.

Wasn't as busy as last year which was a bonus. The staff in the bar are absolutely dreadful there are always plenty it staff however still huge ques at night as the staff are so slow & most don't know the most basic stuff about working in a bar. And no ice??? They never have ice the 2 managers that were there 2 weeks ago where just plain rude when questioned about anything. The beer is completely flat always! Snack bar is a complete rip off and its not even nice food. The staff at the outdoor pool are so lovely always

We stayed in the budget caravans and they where great for what you pay Walking distance to the the park with loads to do for the family Wessiner was also only a 10 mins walk with lots of restaurants and the jumbo for all your shopping All the staff were friendly

Holiday was great from start to finish. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Our Duingalow was clean and had everything we needed. There was even a lovely wee starter pack for doing the washing up! Kids loved the theme park and the pool spaces which were all east to access. The outside space at the duingalow was brilliant and provided a great space to sit and eat, read, relax.

We loved the fact that this was good for the kids. Our unit was cute (very expensive) as we had the new duingelow cottages. They charge for everything (linens, towels, supplies for kitchen dishes etc) and our AC didn’t work the entire time we were. What was the most frustrating was that we called at least eight times during our stay. Two of the times we had someone come and fix it which worked for an hour or two and then it stopped again. It made the stay uncomfortable, and after several emails back-and-forth we were offered €100 Credit. I felt that this was absolutely not what I would expect for what we had paid for the unit. Other than this experience, we loved the stay, the kids enjoyed the park, even though it was quite dated, they had a ton of fun. But, because of this issue with the air conditioning, and the lack of responsiveness, I had to give it a three star

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Duinrell. There is entertainment for every age, both young and old. I would highly recommend to anyone with children.

From booking to departure everything was very straightforward. The place is very clean and the staff and amenities are great. Sometimes I struggled to find out what was happening in the Plaze for entertainment and the Lighthouse Lounge never seemed to be open, but these were minor things. Overall delighted. Kids absolutely loved it so would definitely go back.

The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The cabins were spotlessly clean. Bicycle hire was straightforward and bikes were in excellent condition. My three boys enjoyed every minute of the amusements and water park. The review is not 5 star simply because the water park on a couple of occasions was so busy that queues were too long and we no longer used our choice of slides.

A little bit too much burocracy for a short stay of two days (card with pictures required) and in someways expensive €15 euros bike for day rental

Fine, we got the answers that we needed.

A brilliant holiday for all ages AND ABILITIES, my 17 yr old with disabilities loved it, my 74 yr old mum had a blast too! Family from another country came too and the 3 yr old and 5 yr old loved it too!

Duinrell is a beautiful clean family friendly campsite with a great selection of accommodation. Overall the whole place is clean and safe. Indoor and outdoor pool is brilliant and the theme park is amazing. Because the site is built on a sand dune, there is some ants around certain accommodations, ant powder is expensive. Duinrell will supply ant traps but they are useless, only powder keeps them out of the accommodation, however wouldnt fault duinrell overall just cause of ants as they can be managed. Overall a wonderful family holiday and highly recommend the 6 bed premium dunaglos.

Great friendly staff- the super deluxe accommodation was fantastic- will hopefully return again soon

One employee took our 2-year old child out of our arms to let him ride unaccompanied on the train.
