Accommodation was superb, well equipped and spacious. Complex was clean and the onsite supermarket reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aqua park kept the kids entertained and they very much enjoyed paddle too. Bike hire was good and a trip to the beach is a must, beautiful sandy beach and local cafe bars.

We had a great holiday, accommodation was lovely, great location, fab park and pool Only let down was the dining options available onsite after 5pm

This place is absolutely terrible. The staff at the indoor tiki pool are totally incompetent, the pools are dirty, the slides are dangerous and not staffed, the security staff are on a power trip. I would also like to express my disbelief that the staff members of the tiki pool would prevent and obstruct people leaving the building. If you feel that money is owed then there should be a system in place to charge them a nominal fee retrospectively, which can be appealed. To actively prevent people leaving a building is highly aggressive and legally questionable. Save yourself money and book another camp in Europe.

The areas around the houses are not nice anymore. we have been with you 10 times in the past 25 years, and things have unfortunately turned ugly

Very friendly staff, access to the park and accommodation was swift. The facilities are amazing and clean.

The perfect family holiday! Accomadation is so luxurious. Our second time returning to this campsite.

We have just returned from a stay in a premium duingalow. Accommodation was everything it was supposed to be and more....aircon was a big plus! Lots to see and do within the park. On the minus side - just be careful when walking around as my husband had a nasty fall due to a "sunken" drain cover. Thankfully no broken bones but it did spoil his time in Dunreill.

We had a great time but definitely more expensive this year. Made loads of friends. Loved our accommodation especially the Sauna. Would definitely appreciate a discount as next year will be our 3rd year in a row. Not enough activities on in June for kids. No clubs and only activities at weekend.

We had an amazing 3rd trip to duinrell this year after a long break due to covid. We love it here as it has everything you need. This year We stayed in a 3 bed comfort duingalow close to the park- while the location was great I wouldn't choose this type of accommodation again. The bunk room was absolutely tiny and definitely not suitable for 2 people (not even small kids) We will definitely be back again.

My son and I stayed for 11 nights in a comfort duingalow on June 5th. The accommodation was really clean and had everything that we needed. We were there for temperatures above 30 degrees at times but a fan bought from Blokers for 15 euros made it so much cooler. All the staff at the park were very friendly and extremely helpful. The Plaza which was near us was very handy for delicious take away food and an enjoyable few drinks in the bar. My son really enjoyed all the Tiki pool rides, and I loved walking to Wassenaar, which had very good restaurants and of course the divine ice cream parlour of Lucianos. Public transport was also very convenient from Duinrell and we visited Ajax Stadium and Scheveningen Beach. It was our 4th time going and we will definitely return next year.

Had an amazing time, great place. My only issue was the staff at reception weren't as friendly. I asked one member of staff about bus options and she said "go ask someone else my shift is over" while still behind the reception desk. Wouldn't mind if she had of said it nicely,

Place is so much fun, but unfortunately, their staff are extremely unhelpful. We couldn't use the app to book tika Pool as it wouldn't recognise our email address. Went to pool on 2 occasions, and staff sorted it for us. On the last day, they would not let us in, and by the time we got to reception, we were told our time had lapse. The girl on reception was not helpful and very rude. Very disappointed child.

Would recommend this place to anyone, all ages, something for everyone. Kids loved the eater parks and rollercoasters, amazing. Staff were so friendly. Make sure you rent a bike,. Hope to go again next year.

We love love loved our holiday. Duingalows are fantastic, could do with an oven but made do for 4 days. Loved the park and pool. Fav part was bike hire. Will definitely be coming again next year but for longer

Only thing to comment on is the the activities closed way to soon. At 4 pm is to early.

Loved our time at Duinrell. Water park was off the chain. Would totally go back.

Very efficient and helpful

We stayed in a Premium+ Duingalow which was very comfortable and spacious. The Tiki pool booking system worked well and the queueing was very quick for the most time, allowing everyone to get the most out of the two hour sessions. The amusements were great, with a decent selection to please alladrenaline junkies, and those less adventurous. Everywhere was clean and looked well kept. It's close proximity to the town meant an easy stroll to good restaurants in the evening. Delft, Amsterdam and possibly most impressive, Haarlem are only a short drive away. Easy journey from and to the ferry make it an ideal holiday destination.

We spent a week in Duinrell, the accommodation was clean and had all we needed for the stay. The site was quiet and the children were able to have some independence when riding on their bikes. We had lots of visits to the swimming pool and theme park where there was enough to keep the children entertained. The on site shop was well stocked and staff were family although very slow on the tills. The only negative comment we have was the cleanliness in the theme park. The rubbish bins were overflowing around the food retailers and in turn this ment there was litter blowing around the ground and then encouraged birds to be eating from the litter. However we still had an enjoyable and comfortable stay making lots of happy memories.

Well managed resort that is perfect for families. Theme and water parks are good with plenty of outside space, so plenty to keep everyone occupied all day

This was our 2nd visit and loved it just as much. The place is super clean, staff are polite and helpful. If kids are under 120cm they require arm bands in the pools even if they can swim well. Rides perfect for my 12 year old and 8 year old
