Quite simply a magical place. Set in Woodlands, Duinrell has it all. The Tiki pool is both a relaxing lazy river kind of place coupled with high speed adrenaline charged water slides that are the best in Europe! The theme park is brilliant for kids and adults alike, and if you are lucky you may see Rick the frog! We had a great time camping in a fully kitted out luxury tent, just a short walk from all the facilities. We rented bikes and cycled to the Hague, the kids had fun everyday. We want to go back everyday! Thank you to the wonderful staff who are so friendly amd welcoming- we will see you soon!

We are a family of 2 adults 2 children (then 8, 5). We stayed in a lodge tent in 2019. We all loved the amusement park and the water park. We were there in August so made the most of the outside pool. Don't forget arm bands for younger/non swimmers, they won't let them in the water otherwise. The evening entertainment was ok, enough for us with tired young children. The food in the self service food hall is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Restaurants in the nearby town are great too and an easy walk/drive. Our accommodation was fantastic but we had a few furry visitors at night despite leaving no food out. I think we were unlucky as we had the bins behind us. We booked to go back in a duingalow in 2020 but due to Covid had to move to 2021, and we're keeping fingers crossed it'll go ahead. Looking forward to our next visit and the kids are excited.

Brilliant service - nothing is too much! Staff great and speak good English. Make the holiday perfect for the whole family.

A cozy campsite, with a nice water park and a beautiful amusement park, clean, nicely maintained and very reasonable prices, we enjoyed the trip and can only recommend it. The Bremholm family.

My kids loved Duinrell and said it was their ‘best holiday ever’, Duinrell is the only place we have made a return journey to. The slides, the pool, the park rides kept them happy and busy all week long. The Duingalow was spacious and very well equipped making everything easy for parents as well. We hired bikes and were able to explore the local area on dedicated cycle paths with a freedom for the kids that they don’t have at home. Can’t wait to return for a third time!

Very helpful staff and security is top class

We went to Duinrell as a family not knowing what to expect and had an amazing time. Duinrell offers something for all the family. We arrived at the sit and were welcomed by a professional and friendly receptionist who gave us a detailed map of the site. Our accommodation had everything we needed and was situated not far from the park. The park is kept impeccably clean and had rides that suited all ages. The queues compared to theme parks in the UK were shorter and therefore meant we were able to go on far more. The Tiki pool was an added bonus and again had a great range of slides and jacuzzis. The restaurants offer a good choice of food and the onsite shop was stocked with a vast selection of essentials. The children loved the go karts and being able to use these around the theme park when day visitors had left was great. We made lots of great memories her and we will definitely be returning.

A great location for visiting Den Haag, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Duinrell has many great facilities when you are a family with kids. Nice bungalows and Beautiful surroundings. We have stayed in Duinrell five times, and we love it.

We were there one week 2019 and it was a great experience for both the children ad us as the adults. The park and the waterpark were both great. We will love to come again.

I have been visiting Duinrell my whole life. I was there for the first time when I was 4 years old back in 1987. It was the best place, home away from home. My Sister and me knew every corner of the park. Now I am grown up and I bring my children. It is still home away from home. We love to visit, because we love Duinrell and we look forward to visiting again when everything is normal.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 children ages 8 and 3. The tiki pool was the highlight, best part was that there was slides for all ages, and we could also go down slides with the kids! The site was brilliant with loads to do for the kids and the theme park was full of rides too. Went in June so the queues were very small so we got loads of rides. Bike rental was excellent and the local town is just across the road, it has loads of places to eat and a fantastic ice cream shop, also there is a big supermarket within walking distance. Will be returning here and would highly recommend.

From hassle free arrival we had a very cool week....uitstekend!

Jeg ved slet ikke, hvor jeg skal starte denne anmeldelse. Måske med med det vigtigste budskab! BARE BLIV VÆK, det er IKKE pengene værd og deres serviceniveau er ikke-eksisterende. Vi bookede Dunirell i Januar, som Early-Bird med 3 timer x 7 dages adgang til deres Ticki-Pool og friadgang til deres udendørspool. Så kommer Covid-19 og det har vi fuld forståelse for. Vi kan ingen penge få retur, men vi kan om-booke vores tur, dog mod gebyr (ikke i orden). Jeg skriver meget med deres kundeservice i forhold til vores ophold. De skriver at alt er åbent, at de har sikret, at der ingen køer er, da de ikke lukker så mange ind og at der ellers ingen begrænsninger er. Det eneste vi skal være opmærksomme på er, at deres EarlyBird Offer, som vi har købt, ikke kan bruges (det kan vi så ikke engang få kompensation for). Vi har nu kun 4 x 2 timer til Poolen og vi skal vælge mellem indendørs og udendørs. Ok, det må vi jo så bare acceptere. Vi ankommer til Dunirell til en kø på 3 timer BARE for at check-ind? Det er bare ikke ok. Hytten lugtede af mug og var ikke ordentlig ren, så det kunne vi så starte med. Deres Wifi (som var med i vores EarlyBird og som ellers koster penge) virkede OVERHOVEDET ikke. Derudover, så fik vi først at vide ved check-ind, at vi skulle booke vores tid til Poolen, men fordi vi har stået i kø i 3 timer og ikke vidste, at det åbenbart hed først til mølle, så var der INGEN ledige tider til pool, som vi har betalt for. Det er simpelthen under alt kritik og vi henvender os til en arrogant reception. De får os til nøds booket ind. OVENI det, så ser vi, at de sælger billetter til Tikipoolen til dagsgæster, selvom de påstår, at det kun er for de boende. Endvidere reklamere de med, at hvis man sender sin nummerplade ind, så kan man nemt og hurtigt køre ind og ud af pladsen, men DET kan man heller ikke, man skal vise ID hver gang. Jeg har meget mere at skrive, men ikke flere anslag desværre. OBS. Forlystelserne i børneland kloster penge oveni.

Booked our 5th visit, have just received the most shocking email from their customer service department when I asked about cancelling due to covid. Money before customers....the amount of times I have recommended this place to others in the UK, well no more, never! You are shameful Duinrell, happy to spoil the holiday of 2 autistic children and you just dont care. Come on everyone in the UK....boycot this place and spend your money locally instead. This business does not deserve our hard earned cash. #UKBOYCOTDUINRELL

Having booked my holiday during Covid 19, I had to cancel due to the park being closed. This was an opportunity to visit family in NL before my daughters went on to higher education. Duinrell policy is only to issue a credit voucher and no refund under these extreme conditions. I have rejected the credit note and asked for a refund. Told to take it or leave it! Their policy is against the Dutch consumer laws and I will never recommend or book to go there again. A terrible way to treat a returning customer! Shame on you Duinrell!

Our first holiday outside the UK and what a time we've had. Our accommodation was beautiful and in the middle of the forest. We've had a blast at this holiday park! The Tiki Pool and the amusement park are absolutely fun for our two boys. Our older son loved the Falcon roller coaster! We can't wait to visit Duinrell again!

First time we booked Duinrell and stay in a Premium Duingalow. The accommodation was absolutely great: loads of room and very well equipped. There is so much do do on site. The water park, theme park, Superstore, Restaurants & Pub in Plaza and bike hire. My children were so happy. Wassenaar and The Hague are beautiful too. Only a short walk away, although there is so much on site, you really don't need to leave. Beach is less than 4 kilometres from Duinrell, perfect!

Everything you need for a fantastic holiday, all in one place. Will definately visit again.

Absolutely outstanding holiday and we'll worth the effort to get there. Whole family from 6 to 52 yrs enjoyed themselves. Not once did kids mention being bored. Something to do from dawn till dusk and beyond. Site brilliant, food brilliant, staff and so on all outstanding and very friendly. Parks and water parks excellent.

Mow pitches and tidy up before next visitors if you could. Ours had long grass, and was full of cigarette dimps. Only criticism.

we were in budget accommodation and had to make our own beds on arrival, after a long journey it would of been nice to walk in to find the beds made and ready

Excellent! So much to do and see a week was not enough. Children felt very safe and enjoyed all the amenities. Was a busy holiday- need another week to relax.

Separate queue for Tiki pool for guests staying at Duinrell as queue could be long with day paying guests.

Great swimming pool and theme park facilities, kids loved all the slides and rides. Easy to navigate around and great restaurants and towns nearby to visit. Bike ride to the beach was great.
