We booked direct and stayed in a Lodge Tent, and honestly - best holiday we've had. There was so much to do, we stayed a week and wished we'd had two. Staff were helpful, site was clean, food was great - I can't stop recommending it to friends.

We had a brilliant me there. Staff were lovely the amusements were great and the water park was amazing.

We had a lovely time. Great site with plenty fun activities for the family on site, between the pools, slides and theme park. Accommodation was good but could have be a little cleaner on arrival.. Great additions in site such as Bike hire and only a walk to shops. Shop on site was well stocked but queues in the morning were terrible at checkouts, normally 45 mins at least, should consider a bread sale window or additional checkout staff at peak times.

On arrival really welcoming reception staff with an easy check in to Duinrell. However the duinglow premier plus we had booked was not very clean on arrival, we had to sweep and Hoover throughout and there were numerous dead flies on the light fittings, on ledges etc. There were cigarettes butts left on the patio and surrounding grass and the whole are area needed weeding. The bike hire staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole family enjoyed the swimming pools and theme park and the reservation process for the pools worked well. Overall a great, fun holiday!

This was a beautiful Holiday with family and friends. We've been visiting Duinrell for quite a few years.

We had fab time in duinrell with our kids for 2 wks. Lots to do. I did feel that there was a lack of supervision in pool areas /slides etc .There were alot if groups of teens /yound adults mess fighting bumping unto people not being told to stop. I felt pools were clean. I did not think cars should be driving in the campsite where alot of bikes also travelling. Other than that we had great time, would recommend and love to come back.

Would however recommend they invest in more of the floats for the rides in the pool. Huge queues for no reason aside not enough boat floats. Clear at top to go down slides, queues for too few floats.

Broke my collarbone in the TikiBad, it is not safe. Management don't care I have to have surgery I would never return here and I would tell everyone I know to never come here

Duinrell has been a great experience! Nice pitches to camp, excellent facilities: toilettes, restaurant and supermarket. Check in and check out are quite simple as you can do it by the internet and you can save queues. The park is very nice and you can find attractions for the little ones but also for teenagers. Pools and slides are also impressive! We liked very much and we hope to repeat as soon as possible!

While we had a good holiday overall, I have to say that there were a number of disappointments. We chose a Dungalow instead of staying in a mobile as I expected the Dungalow to be more spacious and more luxurious. However, Dungalow was smaller than mobile homes we stayed in before and was not very clean. Also, the restrictions around the use of the pools are ridiculous. I knew we were limited to 4 times in 7 days, but not being able to split our family of 5 between the indoor and outdoor was not in anyway customer focused. We raised this with your customer service staff and we were told that lots of people say the same thing but “the people upstairs’ don’t allow any flexibility around the use of the pools. Also, staff not very friendly and were not knowledgeable when asked questions about the area and some aspects of the campsite.

Very poor cleaning of apartment, under beds not cleaned for weeks. Fridge containing old food. Windows having many finger marks, etc. Two major attractions in amusement park closed. Tiki pool inside extremely noisy, please put up dampers. Only two lines (sometimes only one open) in foodshop causing very long waiting time. Duinrell can do better!!! Basics are in place, but miss the extra, things to remember! Will not recommend the resort to orders.

2 gang vi besøger pladsen. Vi var der første gang for 4 år siden. Pladsen var som vi huskede den. Ikke noget at anmærke ved selve campingpladsen. Parken var dog mere besøgt. For 4 år siden brugte vi meget at tage i parken fra de åbnede kl.10.00 og ca. en time frem, hvor der så var sparsom kø til forlystelserne, men i år var køerne allerede på 15-20 min inden de åbnede. Et plus var dog, at parken havde åbent en enkelt dag om aftenen ved de mest populære forlystelser og det var kun for camping pladsens gæster. Vi havde cykler med og cyklede en dag til Haag og en dag til Leiden. 10 km hver vej med børn på 7 og 10 år. Lækre byer og virkelig gode cykelstier/systemer. Det fungerer bare i Holland.

Everyone very helpful lovely accommodation and always a great time had by all in my family.

Superb location , so much to mention

The park itself was great and lots to do in the theme park. Let down by cleanliness throughout. Massive wasp problem, mould on hand rails in water park. Duingalow was disgusting. Not well cleaned, old and tired. Blood and stains around headboard. And felt dirty. Wouldn’t go back for this reason.

Beautiful scenery, very good accommodations and enjoyed the surrounding beaches. Rent bikes and cycle to nearby Leiden.

Our kids had a brilliant time and loved the theme park, water parks and playground. So much to do each day. Our stay was let down by the accommodation which we booked directly with Duinrell. It felt very dated and a bit shabby. I've heard some of the other accommodation is a lot newer and modern. Ours was a duingalow very close to park so assuming one of the older parts. Food was average and could be improved. Lovely takeaway pizza, but more options needed.

Great holiday park for families, with good fun for kids and other playful people. Nice houses even the budget one were a good size for a family of 4. Very cool roller coaster’s and slides both in the amusement park and in the water park.

The apartment was not clean enough. I asked to clean but no one came. I bought sponge and cleaned by myself. The tiki bad was very good and clean. Two hours is not enough time to stay. Not all the time there was enough lockers. Apartment with no net on the windows so flys and ants entered. Also there was no venta. Very difficult on hot weather

Last minute booking in 8 person premium dingalow with sauna and 6 person dingalow for 3 nights, accomadation clean, spacious, check in organized and efficient. On site facilities excellent, tiki pool great way to cool down, kids also enjoyed outdoor pool. No long queues. Supermarket had handy selection but usually busy. We shopped in wassener, jumbo and stocked up. Then moved to orangerie for 7 nights, it was simply amazing and far better than wee expected, the beds all made and facilities better than 5* hotel. Bbq and heater in garden well stocked. Kitchen had absolutely anything you might need and more. It was light, airy, spacious and hard to claim campsite after staying. Would highly recommend.

Loved our family holiday at Duinrell. Beautiful place with a lovely village nearby. The attractions/rides and indoor pool were just perfect for young and old. Love it and will definitely be returning to make more family memories.

Lovely family holiday with kids ranging in age from 6, 11 and 15. Something to entertain everyone. However, park only open from 10 to 6. No time for people staying on site only. Park would benefit from having a time for guests staying in site entry oy I to the park

Excellent website with clear descriptions of the site, accommodation and facilities. Easy to purchase with deposit and then final payment. Great pool and theme park which kept our 16 and 20 Yr olds busy. Excellent location with quick walking access to Wassenaar quick bike ride to the beach and easy car/bus trip to Leiden and Den Hague among others. Amsterdam a day visit but easy if you drive to rail station just outside. This was our 2nd visit to this site in 3 years and will go back again.

Great place for our family 3 kids (age 9+12) things to improve: after 18.00 have some shops open at the park, so you still can buy food and drinks.
