Really enjoyed Duinrell. Stayed in a Duingalow in a quiet area of the park. Could let our sons out to hang out at playgrounds near and far and to range around the fairground while we had a coffee. The water park was ace and the 2 hour windows helped manage crowds (and our available stamina for climbing stairs to the slides). Very clean, everywhere, staff friendly and helpful. Even better if: we could have enjoyed a continental breakfast and someone making us a cuppa before 10am. But terrific. Would definitely recommend.

This was our 5th visit and we were so glad to be back after a 2 year break. We love this place and stay in the lodgetents. Everything was fab. Easy to book the waterpark. Great staff. Easy check in. Great maintenence service when we had to call them. Great price. A few negatives for the first time ever- La Place restaurant in thr plaza is only open at weekends and we were there Monday to Friday. Not a huge deal as we usually walk into town for dinner anyway but would definitely have used it on the first night when we arrived. 2 of the big rides were shut the whole time we were there which made the queues for everything else much bigger. In the kids area of the park the Katapults(our favourite thing in the whole park) were shut the whole time we were there. So was the funny ride where you pull yourself up on ropes.and the floatng bridge had gone. Disappointing as we usually spend a lot of time in that area. Food prices have gone up. The mini pancakes were around €5 foe 13 3 years ago. Now they are €9.50!! Despite all of these things it was still a fabulous 4 days and we have booked again for a week next year

Duinrell did not disappoint. So many things to do, the location is beautiful in a woodland area and the local town is beautiful too. Can’t wait to go back

I booked in 2020 to bring my family over from the UK. At the time the party was made up of two grandparents, two parents and two 7 year olds and we booked a 6 bed "deluxe". Since rebooking last year we now have a 5 month old grandson. We are due to arrive next week and on checking about cots we discovered that babies are considered in the numbers and so we are one place short. The deluxe villa can accommodate the cot in the bedroom but this would make 7 people and not 6. We have been informed that due to fire regulations in Holland this would not be allowed. In order to not cause upset to our grandchildren we have now booked another 6 bedroom villa for the period to accommodate the extra person. Although we won't use any of the supplied amusements, water parks or other facilities we are still paying the full price for the additional 6 bedroom deluxe villa ( which appears to be our only option ). The response from the customer service was unhelpful at best and rude at worst. We ended up searching the internet to find a villa we had been told wasn’t available by the telephone team! As we haven’t actually been to the venue yet this revue is really based on the qualities that the reservation team have displayed. I have my fingers crossed that our experience of the park will be much better. Be warned, read the small print, Duinrell show no flexibility. In order to not cause upset to our grandchildren we have now booked another 6 bedroom villa for the period to accomodate the extra person. Easy booking although would prefer to be able to compare ALL available accomodation in one search. Check in smooth & simple, friendly greeting and helpful with enquiries. Park itself is lovely and clean, staff all work hard to keep everything working well. It's a shame there were a number of rides out of use. Tikibad again excellent for all, but the advance reservation was problematic alongside the limited number or uses. Bike hire also very expensive, the 7days for 5 offer good but not when holiday packages are sold as 5nights we would have hired if was a 5 for 3 offer or similar as having 4 children €60 per day is high budget. Lastly trying to book for 14 (9 Adults 5 children), but the large accomodation has two rooms with two sets of bunkbeds. Adults cant/dont want to sleep on bunk beds. We are still looking to come for a third time but will need to rethink the accomodation.

Great, the staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The site is packed with activities for all ages and wassenaar is a lovely town.

Park itself is ok but when booking please ensure you check everything as WiFi was not complementary nor was 3 hours in the Tiki Pool as this was reduced to 2 hours and the staff are so rude when you try to ask why with answers saying we've sent you an email with the amendments. Very scripted and no heart in their responses

We had four nights in a six-person Duingalow and then three in a five-bed and a four-bed Duingalows as we had three more family members join us half-way through the visit. The six-bed (445) was badly cramped; the five-bed (119) and four-bed (120) were much better. Good theme park. Plenty of attractions for the family. Food in the main restaurant was dreadful and horribly over-priced. Go into Wassenaar, just a couple of minutes away for better and more reasonably-priced food. The photo ID system is well out-dated. There are plenty of wristband systems that are more efficient and offer plenty of extra add-on opportunities for both the park and the visitor. And to pay for wi-fi is just not acceptable. All hospitality these days gives free wi-fi to guests. Good, efficient, clean launderette; bike hire good and efficient. Pub overpriced for very bad wine. Indoor amusements helped during inclement weather. We would go again, but I would love to get hold of the management!

Désolée d'écrire en Français. J'ai passé un petit séjour avec mon copain l'été dernier. Nous avons adoré le parc aquatique qui est vraiment pour nous, le meilleur que l'on est pu faire. Nous nous sommes amusés dans les diverses toboggan. L'accès au parc d'attractions compris dans le prix, est vraiment un plus ! C'était très sjmpa de s'y balader et faire les attractions. Nous avons pu faire du mini bowling malgré les restrictions sanitaires et déguster un bon burger. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et voulons revenir cet été avec des amis, si nos budgets le permettent. Nous avons hâte de revenir, d'autant plus que l'accueil était au rendez-vous !

The camping pitch was right next to the amusements which was not loud in the evening. Kids loved going to the swings. So much to see and do a week was just not long enough! We hired bikes and set of for the beach. It was a long ride but well worth it as the beach was beautiful and safe, lots of life guards. My children’s first experience of a water park and they loved it. Enjoyed all the slides indoors and great splash pool for the younger one. We did not experience any issues during our staff. All the staff we spoke about to were friendly. We will definitely be back soon!

After months of lockdown a trip to Duinrell was perfect for our family to blow away to cobwebs and bring some fun back! This was our third visit and it just gets better each time. We hired bikes for the whole week and had so much fun in and around Duinrell and Wassenaar. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

I spent a week at Duinrell with my two children and we loved it!! There is so much to do and see whether it was in or outside of the park. There is definitely something for everyone there, even the little ones!! The tiki pool was a favourite of ours with so many cool slides. The staff were all very helpful and always happy to help. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Duinrell is laid out exactly with young people in mind. We’d read about it online and decided to try something different. We are so glad that we did. We opted for a duingalow near the attractions and although we were concerned it might be noisy, we’d never have known all that action was so close by. The facilities are great - our accommodation was exactly what we hoped for and in such a good standard. The park is full of fun and while you may have to queue, it’s never too bad, and there’s something for everyone. Staff are very friendly and so good with the kids (ours were 5 and 7 at the time). It’s going to be our first holiday abroad when Covid is over (we’re from the UK).

Good communication and when you are at your stay everything is as it should be.

Our stay was fantastic, the accommodation suites our needs and no need to use our car as the town was so close.And don’t forget the fantastic ice cream shop. The site was safe and this meant our tweenagers could have a little freedom to explore the theme park on their own. The water park was amazing, with fanatic slides to thrill both adults and children. We would definitely come back again!

This holiday was the perfect for the whole family. With two children and two teenagers planning a holiday for everyone to enjoy can be a challenge. Duinrell was exactly what we needed. It had a theme park and water park for all the kids and with a great location bicycle rides to the nearby town were a great treat. Everything we needed was on-site and we felt our kids would be safe no matter where they were on the campus. The accommodation was spacious and clean and all the staff were friendly. Overall an amazing holiday experience and would 100% go again

We had no idea what would greet us on this holiday, but my goodness we loved every minute. Excellent accommodation letting us be the family we wanted to be, together and happy. The park was clean and welcoming, the restaurant very enjoyable and the facilities excellent. We all enjoyed the rides, we also enjoyed the surrounding town. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend, as we have been doing. Thabkyou

We stayed as a family of four with a dog and everyone loved it. The prices are great and between the pool, the amusement park and the activities, we were never bored. Only suggestion is that the" evening parade" we did one day was a disappointment for our youngest who was too small to go on the ride at the end. They should choose a ride available to all sizes to avoid upsets.

Had a fantastic holiday during the first week of August. Really enjoyed the theme park, indoor and outdoor pools. My children, aged 6 and 10 found enough rides and slides suitable for them and we never ran out of things to do. As there was social distancing numbers were limited in the indoor pool so there weren't really long queues. Definitely one for the thrill seekers. There was a great range of rides in the theme park. Would recommend hiring go-karts or bikes and visiting the local town

We have visited Duinrell many times, it's always a beautiful place to visit. Always safe, clean friendly and many fantastic places close by.

The whole experience was amazing full of fun and excitment. There was something for everyone i was with my brothers family and my family children aged from 6 up to 17 and there was rides and attractions suitable for all ages to be entertained. The water park was also amazing, such good deals on price when staying in the holiday homes. Our cabin was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff on site are very helpful and professional. We cant wait to go back as we've just had twins as itssuch a family friendly place. once our babies can walk we are heading back to you guys hopefully with our whole family.

This was the third time we'd been to Duinrell and as the children get older, there are different things for them to enjoy. The staff on the park couldn't be more helpful and everything is kept clean and tidy. We keep planning to explore the local area but there is so much to do in the park, the furthest we ever got was the beach!
