Still ok, but I like the old way much more
It has been several years that I don't use this service.
I was pleased to see that the prices are really decent, but there were new disappointing things on the process, for example, the seat price increase. All the extras that are added to the rates, end up in a much more expensive rate.
I liked it before when all the seats have the same value and you could book it within the rate and made it way easier and economical.
Seat prices are much lower later than when booking, that makes it worst! The strategy is completely wrong, it sends the wrong message to loyal people like me who for years used the airline and always recommended before, now, it is just like any other CHEAP airline.
Then, I received the information with the link to get the app, but I cannot get the app in the language that I understand. I can book and use the site in English but no app in English? Still, I keep receiving constant emails about it, but I cannot receive the benefits.
I also receive all sort of nonsense emails, so I stop reading them. This is not good service and might be a problem in future if relevant updates need to be communicated, I will just overlook them because the mails have become spam to me.
It is also unfortunate that I cannot book later the return flight as I used to do it. I am going to do paperwork and who knows how long the government offices will take... still, I have to book the return ticket way before I will know when I can come back.
I will see how the service on board is now, I am not longer sure of what I will experience, I just hope I will not regret taking the same flight as I always did.
It is very unfortunate for me not to live in a place that has the best connections to quickly reach my destination, the logistics involved to take my flights involve a lot of time, money and it will be tiring. I hope that at then end, at least I will say that is was worthy.
I suggest to give an option on the question below "ASK ME LATER"
