booking is ok but the follow up mails are too many and uninformative
booking is ok, I have to uncheck every time the box to see alternative airports, buy I think you will not change that. I understand. Maybe one day in a far future.
It is a miss that you cannot book seats in one go. An email is sent to book seats, you have to log in again and pay separately for that. Usually I already did it and then the mail arrives afterwards...
You see, I fly at least 12 times per year, so 24 legs, so I visit Tui and confraters a lot.
Then to the rest, none of the follow-up emails have the flight details, which is annoying to book a car, to fill in my agenda, and when I have crossing flights, so maybe 3 in a course of 3-5 weeks and booked separately, it is horrible.
Too many follow up mails are sent in the name of Stijn De Hert. They are long and add little information. I checked and see that they have become shorter and are coming from Kim De Ridder now. At least they are shorter.
Getting an invoice is not working. I had an exchange with your team the other day. The reply was not satisfying. You can select all countries of Europe to ask for an invoice, but then the VAT number format is not accepted. Dry reply was that only Belgian or Dutch commpanies can ask an invoice..is that not against European law ? And then why can I select all the countries in the first place ?
