Bad experience during my flight
I have been flying with TUI fly Belgium since 2020 and the reason why I was choosing the company was because of the good service and the helpful staff. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience when I travelled from Amsterdam to Punta Cana on the 9th of April. The stuff offered only one meal which was with meat. In that moment I would like to point that during all my past flights, they used to offer two options, one with meat and one without. Since I’m vegetarian I asked for the vegetarian option and they asked me if I had already preordered it. I explained them my experience from my previous flights and they told me that now we do have to do a pre order. I said that I didn’t know about it and if I could still get the vegetarian meal or something vegetarian at least. So, they offered me a meal that they use to charge extra. I was ok with that so I was waiting for it. After some minutes, another flight attendant came to tell me that they hadn’t received any vegetarian meals at all, so they had to offer what they had from vegetarian options, to the people that they had already pre ordered. Long story short, they left me without anything but the worst thing was that in my raw, was sitting a girl who did received her vegetarian meal. So, basically they lied to me and they refused to offer me any service. And the proof that they were lying came when I asked them to get at least the asides from the “meat meal” like the bread, salad etc. Surprisingly, they brought me the asides from the vegetarian meal which means that they did receive them, they just didn’t want to help. So, this is all I received as a meal during 10 hours flight. This action is definitely against the human rights and I hope that you will take care of it!
