Zowel bij aan boord als opstappen en uitstappen altijd vriendelijk

The flight search tool and booking process is ok. What could be improved: - When logged in my Tui profile I would expect that my details are prepopulated as well as the details of the other passengers I stored in my profile, this was not the case. - The message that seating is open is sent too early and therefore confusing. - Its also confusing to find where in the app to click to book seating. When eventually found it appears you need to login again despite being logged in my profile already.

Het was makkelijk en duidelijk om een vlucht te boeken online bij TUI fly.

Website is ok ,wel heb ik een probleem om iets te weten te komen aangaande jullie vluchten vanuit Oostende en Antwerpen..!??? Wij vliegen regelmatig naar Murcia en graag zouden wij onze planning maken voor de komende maanden…is dat echt niet mogelijk ?? Dank bij voorbaat Jan Van Reeth

Ondertussen al enige tijd via Tui vluchten te boeken. Steeds duidelijk een overzichtelijk. Via eenvoudige stappen wordt alles geregeld. Ook met vluchten op Antwerpen is een pluspunt, dichtbij en snel ingecheckt en fantastische crew dusver.

J'ai pu réserver mon vol très rapidement et facilement. Juste dommage qu'on ne puisse pas réserver directement un siège.
