Tout est compliqué ! en comparaison des sites, procédures et applications des compagnies concurrentes...Pour trouver un vol, cela passe encore...mais ensuite, pour réserver, payer pour un siège et pire, s'enregistrer en ligne, c'est un peu le parcours du combattant

Booked a flight for 4 people, 1 having an additional bag. Pricing and options were clear, easy handling process.

TUI , you sell flights from /to Spain. Your web should be in Spanish language aswell.

The booking process was easy. However, the site is not mobile friendly- booking from a phone was a bit difficult.

We maken al jaren gebruik van TUI, vooral voor vliegtickets, maar ook voor rondreizen. Dit telkens naar tevredenheid. Het is wel jammer dat er geen incentives zijn voor frequent flyers. Bvb airmiles

Bought a ticket online with some minor issues with acceptance of my debit card. But with the first email from you I realised there will be more. The so much promited app is not available from my country (Czech Republic). Ok, this happens. But why cannot I see the booking online after logging in with the reference number my surename and date of flight is a mystery. I hope I will be able to check in and get hold of a boarding pass 24 hours prior to the flight as I prefer to have things sorted way earlier before I travel to really enjoy my trips...

Pour des gens "ordinaires" et peu rompus à une certaine logique informatique, il est déroutant de ne pouvoir parler à un humain ni de pouvoir imprimer les billets directement depuis le PC...

Na zoveel jaren enkel en alleen met tui te boeken en dit meerdere vluchten per jaar en dit voor de gehele familie dus na duizenden euro’s voel ik me opgelicht dit is de laatste keer dat ik met tui vlieg . Mijn moeder is in de 80 jaar we proberen altijd dagvluchten te nemen en dit deden we dit jaar ook voor 3000 euro . Na het boeken zijn onze dag vluchten nachtvluchten geworden . Ik vind dit niet kunnen

Heb via tui fly app mijn ticket gereserveerd maar kan de mytui app niet installeren. Bij log in krijg ik geen mail, ook niet in mijn spam om te activeren.

We use TUI Flight as an ordinary airline ! Once we land in Cancun, we have many options for national Mexican flights and arrive at final destination. The only downside is that the Deluxe area is open to us, if clients with packages (flight + hotel) have not taken all the seats. Reason why we are now considering the Air Europa flight, leaving from Madrid and which provides more Business class options.

All good except better seating without the meal and champagne should be an option.The booking system takes you to too many different log in screens to get to where you want to be.

Rapport qualité prix très raisonnable, ceci-dit, pour un changement de vol, j'ai dû racheter un billet et mon bagage en soute car sinon je devais repayer le double alors que le billet est moins cher que le premier... Donc vu le weekend de Pentecôte, difficile de modifier mon vol. Je met celà sur le jour férié et j'espère ne plus devoir faire de modification à l'avenir. Sinon, j'ai toujours été très satisfaite

That you can manage from the app without callîng client support. Have had excellent service from you and managed flights with téléphone cs satisfactorily but today what people want is manage themself by the web without having to call and talk to someone.
