Relatively simple to book yet exceedingly frustrating that the App which you advice us by email to use can not be downloaded from the Apple Store in our zone. This should be fully tested before you release it. Tech problems are frustrating for customers yet show incompetency by the tech teams. Get it sorted

Booking with Tuifly is very easy. The prices are clearly displayed on one page, and it is straightforward to see what is included or can be added to your booking. Highly recommended.

Zowel de heenvlucht als de terugvlucht tot meer dan een uur vertraging waardoor ik mijn connecties met bus en trein heb gemist.

ik vlieg al vele jaren met Tui en krijg meestal waar voor mijn geld. Deze keer was ik wel verwonderd toen ze mij lieten weten dat ik geen factuur kan krijgen. Deze service is momenteel niet beschikbaar. Ik zou dat als kleine zelfstandige eens moeten proberen.... Ik kan een klacht neerleggen maar enkel wanneer ik al gevlogen heb, want je kan blijkbaar alleen maar klagen wanneer je al op je bestemming bent.

Je me suis toujours posé la question de savoir comment obtenir des bons de réduction que l'on propose d'inscrire lors de la réservation. Nous n'en avons jamais profité, sauf autrefois avec la carte de crédit TUI que j'ai supprimé depuis maintenant quelque temps, ces réductions n'étant déductibles que lors d'une réservation en agence. Je regrette aussi la suppression des écrans GPS qui permettaient de passer le temps à suivre le cours du vol, aussi la suppression de la presse (journal).

I am never able to do the check-in online due to overbooking. It is ridiculous, and most of my flights are not holiday flights, but important jobs that i have to get to, so not being sure if i'm going to take that flight or miss it is not a very enjoyable experience.

Had issues searching my booking trough the app and website. Seems like from mu country Dominican Republic we aren’t allow to open properly either of those option. Also been trying to contact you via email also wasn’t able to deliver my message. I hope this can be fixe ASAP, since this is my first option to book from here to Europe.

Waarom moet een regelmatig vlieger telkens alles opnieuw invullen? Als men aangelogd is en men boekt zouden alle gegevens klaar moeten staan en vooral de boeking automatisch linken aan je profiel. De mening van een IT-er… Gr Luc

Het boeken is dramatisch.

Debido a mi hospitalización inesperada, mi pareja solicito el mi cambio de vuelo (21/04)... Vuestro compañero al teléfono no nos facilito nada, lo peor de todo, fue irrespetuoso, prácticamente empezó alzar la voz sin dejar hablar... La solución era una tarifa ilógica, duplicando el billete aereo...

En général un rapport qualité prix très intéressant tout nos voyages chez tui ou vol tui fly se sont très bien passé

Le paiement était impossible à la banque car dépassait les 2000€ ce qui aurait été le mieux c’est l option virement bancaire là ça aurai été tout de suite mieux j ai du faire en deux partie sauf que j ai payer les deuxième billet 60€ plus cher !
