Best fly company Very easy to book a fly ticket. Best service of all compagnies . I travel always with TUI because I am very satisfied about everything.

I bought and booked a flight from Cancun to Amsterdam on the 2ish of October Reservation 100140907684 When I received the confirmation email, to my surprise and shock the reservation was completely other. They decided to book me on the 25th of October and back to Brussels. I don’t want that plus I can’t fly that day. Of course I tried calling and after 20 minutes and because of work I had to hang up. I will call back tomorrow so they can solve this confusion and unpleasant service. I am a client, frequently fly with TUI so I am in shock with this service.

Combination of price and direct connections is very good for the trips that I make

They always passed in an very brutal way one even ripped my headphone allmost off and didnt say sorry Then they passed for putting thé waste and my husband put thé bottle water in the box and she threw it back and said i come back later When the landing Was already started they stood there chatting with eachother and then in a hurry they Came checking it wasn't so professional at all And the didnt have a Blanket on board there was an older person and he shivverd and she said i get you a Blanket but Came back and said sorry there isn't one on board

There are only a few possibilities to get to the airport in the City that we want to visit. One is only opened in the summer month and some other are really cheap an uncomfortable airline in yellow and blue, We like the flight and the service with TUI. Unfortunately the booking has often some issues and breakt up during the booking. Either the website, the payment options or no option to book an insurance. Also the discount of 10% does not work the third time.

Booking in app Each time redirects to the web version, each time to log in with the booking references. too much publicity, that practical info is lost,

Compared and booked 2 flights with TUI. So far so good. It's started with a very low rate and ended up with a quite high amount of money for 1 ticket. So on that level I was very disappointed. On the other hand the '+' costs were good explained.

Desde el 2018 estoy viajando con Tuifly Belgien y para mi era la mejor hasta ayer que una empleada me falto el respeto y tiro mi maleta sin facturar cuando era una maleta de mano me obligo a tirarla y no la facturo y mi maleta se perdió con un unos.madicamentos que si no aparece en 3 días mi vida corre peligro y en Bélgica no resuelven nada ni en punta cana tampoco. Es triste como un empleada por ego o venganza tiene mi vida en peligro, esa empleada me dijo que con el la maleta de correa podía retirar la otra maleta y fue mentira. Es triste ver como nadie responde ni busca solusion.

I used my Jamaican visa debit card to book my flight. However, once I got to the payment page, my country (Jamaica) was not listed in the drop down list of countries for my billing address. I ended up having to use another country from the drop down list and then type my country name beside my 2nd address line.

Heb reeds twee maal bericht van vluchtwijziging doorgekregen en de laatste is de strafste ! Ruim twee maanden op voorhand stelt men dat mijn terugvlucht in Brussel gaat landen en niet in Antwerpen ! Die tickets zijn sowieso duurder en nu al kan er niet meer voor gezorgd worden dat wij terug in Antwerpen landen ? Ik hoop van harte dat er alsnog een nieuwe vluchtwijziging doorkomt… Heb al vele malen met Tuifly gevlogen, maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt…

Booking and managing Booking online remains confusing with tuifly. I have a "My Tuifly profile", I am logged in, yet none of my saved details transfer into the Booking process. Once booked and paid, you don't get a clear confirmation email with what you have booked I.e. names, flights, schedules, extra products etc. When you go in manage my Booking it indicates that you can book your seat. Yet, impossible to do so. The system doesn't say it but you can't book a seat until 30days before departure.

Ik heb een reservatie gemaakt van 11/1 tot 25/1/2025 van Brussel naar Malaga en terug . Ik heb nergens een bevestiging gekregen met de details van de boeking . Dit geeft onzekerheid ,is alles wel in orde.

They ask me to buy a return ticket to my wife when the law requires to leave Scxhengen within 90 days. She was leaving Schengen 15 days after arrival in Belgium.

Easy website, good price-quality

Searched once, on flight screen showed price x, went to payment page price changed to amount y same number of seats remaining. Came back after few hours same no of seats remaining, price x showed, went to payment page price changed to y again

I booked online - 100131109241 - as I have done countless times before. Three days later I received an email informing me that you could not operate the flight from Malaga to Antwerp on 24 August. You said you were looking at options but gave no advice or guidance. I then spent 1.5 hours on the phone to get through to one of your agents. She was super efficient and explained that the best thing to do was to switch to a flight to Zaventem as no Tui flights would go to Antwerp until October. She booked my husband and me on a flight from Malaga on 25/08. When I get the confirmation it shows that the new flights are 70€ cheaper for us both but instead of receiving this as a refund it has been is taken as a fee because I changed the flight. I didn’t want to change it but you told me you could no longer operate it. To add insult to injury I have had to pay again to reserve seats for my husband and I. This is not acceptable. Either you provide the flight I originally booked or sell me the flight I am now booked on at the correct price and refund the double seat booking or I will take the matter up with the ombudsman.

When booked on ur site, irs okay to manage the booking. I booked on another site, and it is not possible to manage it. So yeah.... best to book on ur site.

Hadd to contact customer service after my flight was changed. Very friendlyband were able to resolve my issues straigt away
