Beaucoup de choses à dire, en commençant par une petite phrase, je suis un de vos nombreux clients depuis quelques dizaines d’années.

La réservation a été simple. C’est la première fois que je réserve sur cette compagnie

Een vliegreis boeken is in de meeste gevallen een drama, maar bij TUI niet.

Er stond in de mail kortingen tot 200 €. IK heb het echter moeten stellen met 10% op de drie vluchten.

De boekingen gebeuren meestal heel vlot. Vooral als je, zoals wij, altijd met Tui vliegen. De in te vullen vragenlijst wordt zo veel mogelijk automatisch ingevuld. Handig! Je hoeft enkel na te lezen en eventueel aan te vullen of te wijzigen.

Bonjour, J'ai toujours voyagé avec votre compagnie. Cependant, étant une nouvelle maman, je trouve que vous ne donnez pas suffisamment d'importance à la priorité des personnes vulnérables (femmes enceintes, personnes âgées et celles avec un bébé). Lors de l'enregistrement, j'ai dû faire toute la file d'attente avec un bébé de 3 mois. J'ai demandé à l'un de vos collaborateurs à l'aéroport s'il existait un guichet prioritaire, mais il m'a répondu que non. Pourtant, j'ai bénéficié d'une priorité à l'embarquement ! Serait-il possible d'appliquer la même procédure à l'enregistrement, en accordant également une priorité aux guichets d'enregistrement, comme vous le faites à l'embarquement ? Goede app duidelijk alles overzien

Prix des vols clairs, site web fluide et facile d'utilisation.

Les hôtesses de l’air sont à l’écoute , souriante , elles sont là pour aider si besoin (comme par exemple avec mon bébé ) répondent à toute les questions . Mon vol c’est très bien passée ☺️ je recommande sans hésiter cette compagnie

Eenvoudig app, prijzen gelijkaardig met andere maatschappijen en 1 jaar vooraf kunnen boeken - hopelijk wijzigen de vlucht uren niet!

A chaque utilisation du site TUI FLY, tout se passe sans aucun souci.

I am extremely disappointed with the entire booking process and the way my case was handled. I made a reservation through your platform and received a confirmation number (100167094168). My credit card was charged for the full amount (€2,131.95), but I never received an email confirmation. When I contacted customer service, I was told that due to a technical issue, my payment was received, but no booking was linked to it, and therefore I had no reservation. This is unacceptable. Despite presenting clear evidence (including a printed confirmation from your website, a bank statement, and a screenshot of my MyTUI account showing the trip), I was told I had to wait 3 to 10 days for a refund and that I should make a new reservation in the meantime. I refuse to risk such a large amount again without being refunded first. This situation has caused me significant stress and uncertainty regarding my travel plans. It is unacceptable that a technical error on your side results in your customer losing both their booking and the ability to rebook promptly. To make matters worse, I emailed your finance department and never received a response, further damaging my trust in your service. I sincerely hope TUI improves its systems and communication. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I will seriously reconsider booking with TUI again in the future.

my experience with you is good, but it could be better: POSITIVE: you are easy to book and often have good prices - NEGATIVE: sometimes sensational delays, prices that sometimes drop at the last minute, I would like that if I book well in advance I could take advantage of a low price (Ryanair model to be clear, first 50 bookings super convenient then going up)

Het boeken met de kortingscode liep steeds vast, hoe vaak ik ook heb geprobeerd., zowel op smartphone , laptop als op tablet. Geprobeerd via de tui app en website. Raar maar waar: zonder de kortingscode ( die ik dus niet heb kunnen toepassen), lukte het boeken bij de eerste poging……. Een (vind ik toch zelf) teleurgestelde trouwe klant in het boeken van mijn vluchten…..
