Items I ordered were sent very quickly, I missed the first attempt to deliver but was able to contact the company with ease and ask them to attempt the next morning if possible and they did so. Items are of good quality.

The store offers a wide range of products, the personnel was friendly and willing to help. I however had to wait 15 minutes for personnel to notice me and help out with boot selection.

They have all you need for riders and horses. They often offer promotions. I needed the client service assistance a couple of times and they were always helpful and quick to respond. The only con is the shipping cost.

I was really worried about purchasing at Denmark and via Paypal. At first it all seemed very slow ... but at Epplejeck they were always easy to contact and kept me informed all the way. I just received my purchase and it's great!!! I will definetly do it again! :-)
