Easy to navigate website. It takes a while for delivery to US but Eppeljeck kept me informed during the process.

I love the brushing boots, bell boots and saddle pad that I bought from Epplejeck. There is so much more selection of colors and styles than in the U.S. and it doesn’t even take much longer for shipments to arrive to my house in California. Excellent customer service and delivery too.

Despite all the potential that digital allows, not all carriers use online facilities so customers can follow the orders they place. The friendliness and efficiency of the Epplejeck team solved this problem and allowed a daily follow-up of the order to the delivery at the destination!

I like the epplejeck products and do not have any complaints about them, I'm only a bit disa€ppointed that the shipping costs to Italy are about 10euro for whatever product you buy. That's really much these days in a huge online store. Delivery time very good and fast. No other complaints! Good job.
