I just got my boots a few days ago and they are gorgeous and the fit is perfect. They arrived in 5 weeks, even faster than I had been promised. I was worried at first about taking my measurements myself and ordering from overseas but they were so helpful I felt comfortable going ahead with my order. I have large calves and could not find any off the shelf boots that fit but I ended up with much nicer boots than I would have gotten otherwise and at a great price comparatively! I highly recommend buying from Van Huet.

I was very worried about measuring myself and ordering online, but Peter gave me excellent advice on what size to order and my new Petrie Rome boots arrived exactly on time and as ordered. My boots are beautiful, fit perfectly and were a much better price than if I had ordered at a local Canadian distributor. I will definitely be ordering my next pair of boots from Peter.

I placed my order and received a prompt email to confirm details and let me know that what I ordered may take a few weeks to ship. I periodically order from overseas and sometimes hope that I get the correct items and that they aren't damaged or held up in transit. From the time my boots were shipped I had tracking information that was kept up to date, and I received my boots much faster then I expected. I've ridden in Petrie boots for years and am so pleased with my new ones. I will definitely order from you again in the future. Thank you!

The boots are lovely. Exactly what I was expecting. Thank you. :) Has nothing to do with Van Huet, but there was an extended wait at customs (almost 4 weeks) until the boots were released for delivery.
