I bought several things from this company. The service has always been excellent. I really like the feature where you can compare the size of an item you are considering with the size of an item you already bought. The measurements given are always precise. I also like very much that when the online shop is out of the items in your size, they try to find your size, and notify you when it becomes available. Thank you very much for that. I also like that the same group of models is used over and over again. This way it is easier to predict how a particular item would look on you. I like the ``shop the look'' feature and use it a lot, please continue working on it.
SuggestionsThere is not much to criticize, this is an excellent company, and you (as a customer) feel a personal touch even though everything is done remotely. A minor suggestion concerns the lighting in the photographs on the web site. A couple of times it was difficult to understand what an item looks like in reality because the lighting on the model's chest was darker then on the rest of her body, and this is almost never the case in real life situations.
