the delivery with ups was again cumbersome, timeonsuming, simply unacceptable. This might be a reason for no longer ordering. I also for some reason had the impression that no more costs would occur, but I had to pay 47 CHF for handling or whatever.

Clear instructions on how to make a return from bargains that were unfitting. It usually takes some time to get the refund-money back though, which is somewhat surprising.

Beautiful clothes at competitive prices, even though having to pay for delivery still makes it worth it as most of these items are not available where I live. Great customer service, prompt delivery. Website easy to navigate, informative and ordering is simple and straight forward. This is the second time I have bought form PB and will do so again in the future.

I cannot understand why PB use UPS as courier, the shipping routines are not updated, DHL are much better! I was called up by a broker from UPS, and had to give him my mailadress, so I could pay taxes/duties, and it took several days before my package arrived. I usually prefer to shop from Alexander Wang Online store, but Thea did not have the trench in right size, it would have saved me over 100 euros, and irritating communication with UPS.
