Brilliant selection and speedy service

I was disappointed with the latest purchase but I really don't know if anything should have been done differently. It looked good in the picture but not so in real life. The problem was the texture not the form.

Perfect service, beautiful selection and very easy returns - but pricey returns which is where they lose a star for me.

Free returns should be standard as per most of the quality fashion websites. I would do a lot more purchases if this was the case as size is always hard to judge so I abandon potential ones.
