reached out twice and every time satisfied with the response
Please help You charged me $100 on Sept 1, 2025, but I have not received anything. I have tried to get into my account, but can’t. Attempts at setting a new password do not work. I never receive the reset emails. Prior to this experience I would have recommended you, but I’m out $100 and have no seeds. You are doomed as a business if you can’t fix this.

Ordered in June 25 with tracking. No arrival. Have written to them not once but THREE TIMES and no response, not even an acknowledgment of my contact. $140 down the drain. Have ordered from ams before but they obviously now have NO customer service at all and simply DONT CARE. This has turned out to be almost the equivalent of a scam.

I ordered seeds on the 18 may. There were two order sent in the same package that did not get through. Finally after two months I was told my orders would be sent again. I have one of my orders and the other one wasn't sent as it has been listed in my profile as being recieved. I don't know how it's possible to receive 20 ak extreme seeds when they were sent in the same package as the order that didn't get through. I'm filthy. I'm still 20 seeds down 4 months later. It's stealing as far as I'm concerned.

Unfortunately, once a package reaches that stage, it is beyond our control. I have been ordering seeds from AMS for years and have always been very happy with the company. This past year was different. I order early, start the seeds inside (I live in PA) and transplant into my garden in spring. This year I ordered buy 10 get 10 free. I started them and all but 1 emerged but then they stopped growing and looked like Bonsai. They offered to replace 10 of the 20 of them (same variety)but I needed them quickly(and didn't want the same variety) so I ordered 10 more of a different variety (thinking it was the variety). Of those 10 seeds only 5 germinated. They are all considerably smaller this year than on the years passed. They never refunded or gave me replacement seeds. Just so you know I am a Penn State Master Gardener and have been growing for 45 years. I never saw anything like this happen. I'm very disappointed as I have recommended AMS to all my friends and they have had no problems.

Didn’t get anything but a a blue empty box

As we explained then, we do not use blue boxes for any of our shipments — it’s simply not part of our packaging process. I have ordered several times before and always received my seeds but would like a way to track to see when they will arrive without having to pay for it.
Prior to the state I live in legalizing recreational cannabis use, I used Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds as my source for seeds. They discreetly ship their items and stand by their commitment to guaranteeing delivery. Their products are very reliable and they stand behind them. I recently had an issue regarding germination, which I had never had with their seeds, and though the issue could not be determined by our conversations, they honored their support of their products and shipped me a replacement at no cost, including shipping. I can't see me ever changing who I use for my growing needs.
Placed order wasnt asked if the shipping was correct like every other website. So I checked shipping and it went to an address I no longer have. Within 5 minutes I emailed support. I emailed support 5 times no response. I opened up 3 support requests no response. So my purchase went to a PO box I no longer have because all of my emails and support requests were ignored. The chat bot is worthless. I plan on disputing the charge on my credit card because I will not get my order and all of my requests for help were ignored.
Your privacy policy said there would be no mention of your company, I hope the package doesn’t say the same.
They have a vast selection of flowers for whatever you may need! Shipping was faster than I would have expected, and it was packaged very thoroughly.

I haven't get the seeds yet
I placed an order and it’s been about over 15 days. I’ve asked for an update and their response was because I didn’t get shipment tracking. I couldn’t get any further assistance. I just need an update on my shipment and when it’ll be here, nothing has been done to this day. No responses and no attempt to fix my order.
