I purchased my souvenirs over 4 months ago with multiple attempts to find out what is going on. Seems like AMS is a fraudulent business. No contact at all, after multiple attempts therw customer support. Will not recommend. Stay away.

While shipping was faster than I expected and very discreet which I loved - though would’ve loved a better looking tie lol- unfortunately only 1 of my 5 seeds I bought actually sprouted. A little disappointed but hoping the one that did will thrive to make up for none of the others pulling through.

Started 4 seeds at first my usual way, wrapped in a shop paper towel wet with distilled water. Usually they sprout a root within 24-48 hours. 5 days before 1 even started to split open, planted it 2 days later with 3/16” of root in organic seed starter. Added 2 more seeds to towel. Got 1 more to sprout and planted also. 1-1/2 weeks in a pit in a tent and they are doing very little. Watering with bottled spring water. Wrote to company and received no response. From now on, all my seeds will come from ILGM. Never had an issue with their seeds.

Only half of my order arrived. I bought the seeds because there was a sale. Order 5 seeds and recieve 5 additional for free for a total of 10 seeds. Only 5 arrived.

Money gone but no products. I have contacted several times by email, chat and Contact page, but nobody answers. This is criminal, bad business and I don`t recommend this to anybody. Big disappointment.

So I pay for seeds and for tracking. When looking at tracking I get nothing but a notice the shipping company isn't accepting any shipments that cost less than 800 dollars. So no tracking on no shipment but my money is gone. Now AMS just deleted all informations on past orders. Wow...I have always been so impressed until now. #000009705 order no.

Please help You charged me $100 on Sept 1, 2025, but I have not received anything. I have tried to get into my account, but can’t. Attempts at setting a new password do not work. I never receive the reset emails. Prior to this experience I would have recommended you, but I’m out $100 and have no seeds. You are doomed as a business if you can’t fix this.

I feel like I just got ripped off because I tried every possible way to contact AMS and all I got were messages like “authentication failed”Wow! Not good. I tried email. I tried your little AI cartoon. I tried customer service nothing‘s working. So I guess you ripped me off.

Ordered in June 25 with tracking. No arrival. Have written to them not once but THREE TIMES and no response, not even an acknowledgment of my contact. $140 down the drain. Have ordered from ams before but they obviously now have NO customer service at all and simply DONT CARE. This has turned out to be almost the equivalent of a ****.

I ordered seeds on the 18 may. There were two order sent in the same package that did not get through. Finally after two months I was told my orders would be sent again. I have one of my orders and the other one wasn't sent as it has been listed in my profile as being recieved. I don't know how it's possible to receive 20 ak extreme seeds when they were sent in the same package as the order that didn't get through. I'm filthy. I'm still 20 seeds down 4 months later. It's stealing as far as I'm concerned.

I have been ordering seeds from AMS for years and have always been very happy with the company. This past year was different. I order early, start the seeds inside (I live in PA) and transplant into my garden in spring. This year I ordered buy 10 get 10 free. I started them and all but 1 emerged but then they stopped growing and looked like Bonsai. They offered to replace 10 of the 20 of them (same variety)but I needed them quickly(and didn't want the same variety) so I ordered 10 more of a different variety (thinking it was the variety). Of those 10 seeds only 5 germinated. They are all considerably smaller this year than on the years passed. They never refunded or gave me replacement seeds. Just so you know I am a Penn State Master Gardener and have been growing for 45 years. I never saw anything like this happen. I'm very disappointed as I have recommended AMS to all my friends and they have had no problems.
