Customer service sucks!

I had two orders that I paid for not get delivered. Supposedly was sent a third delivery for free to a different address when the package arrived. It was not what I ordered. Customer service took days and days to respond. I have now spent almost $400 and have yet to receive one seed. Even with tracking number.

Never got anything

I spend 100 usd, and never got anything. It is 3 months ago since i placed my order now. AMS is not what they used to be. Buy somewhere else. They said shipped the seeds again, and i asked them to upgrade to tracked. That was ignored. I asked them for proof of they actually have shipped anything. Ignored as well. My opinion is, that AMS is a fraud site, until they prove otherwise.

5 seeds germinated, and are doing good,, 15 seeds did not germinate !

not sure why,,I have had good results in the past.one pack of seeds took off, that was the bor xtrm, the only ones that germinated

You can depend on AMS for quality and service

I've ordered from AMS three times. Once in 2019, again in 2022 and now here again in 2025. Each time the order has been discretely packaged and received in good condition. Additionally, all of the seeds received have germinated. What more can you ask for?

Excellent company to order from.

I've been buying seeds from AMS for about 10-12 yrs now. I've had a couple bad batches of seeds over the years. And they ALWAYS GO GOOD for replacement seed's. I live in the USA and I could buy seed's from several different companies. AND I ALWAYS GO WITH AMS. They have awesome breed's. I highly RECOMMEND AMS to all my friends.

Nothing ever arrived

All good but some queries go unanswered.

I've been buying from AMS for a number of years now. I've always been treated to a fine product, reliable transactions and exceptional shipping. I usually wait a little too long in the season to make an order and it's nerve wracking for questions to go unanswered as time slips away. That said, I manage to muddle through and am consistently happy with the results.

I have always gotten healthy seed from A.

No one else even has the selection of healthy seed that A. has. This is the only place I can find Night Nurse.

I have been a customer for years and always recieved a great product

I had no idea what I was doing when I started to grown my plants. AMS walked me through process on it's web site and I used it 's grow guide and have learned a lot. I have people asking me to teach classes on how to grow and I just tell them to check out AMS web site. Great company.
