I was very impressed with the level of service throughout. I was notified that I had duplicated a couple of photos as well as some of my chosen photos requiring some editing. Rather than just process the order, I was given the opportunity to swap some photos around and do the necessary editing before they sent it out. I really appreciated that. Very happy with the results - it was received very well. I’d definitely use you again.

Easy to make the collage I wanted. Used my phone so couldn't see very clearly how it would turn out but when it arrived it was exactly what I wanted great quality and packaged well.

Expensive but couldn't find anyone else that did the collage with the number of photos I wanted. It looks great, slight issue with one picture but the company emailed to amend rather than just print as many others would have. Would recommend....perfect keepsake for my sons 18th

Collage is lovely and packaging good. Only issue is ordered on 8 November and apart from acknowledgement I heard nothing until I chased on 11 November. Improve the initial comms and the whole process would be great.

I wanted a multi photo canvas for a Christmas present and wasn't totally sure what I wanted, it was incredibly easy to do and I got prompts when I mistakenly uploaded the same photos twice. I was able to check the finished product before I finalised the order. When I received the item it was well packaged and is superb. I will definitely use easy collage again.

I received a collage which wasnt mine and was very disappointed. I emailed to complain and to be fair i had a prompt reply apologising and offering to send a replacement out and within 3 days my collage came. I am very pleased with the quality of the collage and the prompt way my complaint was dealt with. I will certainly be using easy collage again and would recommend to others

I ordered a photo collage from Easy Collage, but unfortunately lost my design due to a broadband failure where I live. I ended up submitting it for printing late on a Tuesday night, but Easy Collage still managed to have it backed on aluminium and delivered by Friday in time for my son's 18th birthday at the weekend. They kept me up to date throughout with personal, efficient, but friendly emails - thank you so much for such excellent service.

I found Easycollage to be an excellent Company to deal with throughout the whole process. From my initial contact through to receiving my order I have found their levels of customer service exceptional. They excelled in the following: i) Response time to a query I had was very quick and successfully solved my issue. ii) Delivery time was amazing, after requesting that my order be delivered relatively briskly as I was cutting it fine for my wife's birthday. I actually received it 3 days earlier than originally quoted and thankfully in time for the all important birthday celebrations. iii) Quality of the photo's and canvass used far exceeded my expectations. To sum up I would highly recommend this Company if you're looking for a quality collage which is delivered with an outstanding level of customer service - job well done!

The first collage failed to pass internal quality checks and came to me without the images being what they call 'flattened' so the colours were yellow/brown/greyscale. They sorted it out very quickly and I had a new collage 2 days later which was perfect.
