Very impressed by the photo quality of the images, some photos were old and they looked better quality on the canvas than the original image. The FedEx delivery was one day later than first informed but luckily it wasn't an issue.

The process of making the collage was straightforward and the finished item looked good. However I paid for express delivery but the products were not completed and sent when stated they would be at the point of ordering. One of my main reasons for ordering with this company was due to their turnaround and delivery times. This resulted in not having the photos to give as gifts at a special event as planned and having to then pay my own postage to send on to the recipients once I’d had the collage photos mounted and framed. When I complained via the chat function, Ernst was very responsive however and immediately refunded the express delivery charge and also sent a digital version of the photos. However whilst this was appreciated, this did not resolve the issue of not having the gists framed and wrapped when they were required. I would use this company again as their products and customer service was good, however I would be wary of the stated delivery dates.

I am blown away by the high quality of both picture and frame. Online design of the collage was easy, the picture was delivered as agreed and it was well protected against knocks in transit. Overall, delighted.

We ordered a collage poster for my grandads funeral which we ordered quite last minute and we added a note to our order that we needed it within 4 days for the funeral just in hope they could process it quickly. The company come back to us so quickly giving their condolences and put it as an urgent next day delivery but as it was right before the weekend was looking like it would arrive by the Monday. They kept us updated a really pushed for the courier company to prioritise. We couldn’t be more happy with how the collage turned out everyone loved looking at it and couldn’t be happier with the communication from easy collage you were brilliant! I found it easy to add photos and particularly liked the check on the photo quality. I ordered 2 collages on aluminium with frame. I paid £4.95 for the 3 day expedited delivery and they arrived on time. The quality of the collages is just fabulous; photos clear and colours bright. I couldn't be more pleased.

The only downside to the experience was the delivery. Obviously this was not the fault of Easy Collage but FedEx. The collage was delivered 24 hours later than the original date/time given. The only issue with this was waiting in. Might be prudent to add a day to expected delivery time.

I have just received the collage I ordered, with the white frame. It looks stunning in every way, and this means a lot to me. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this project. It worked out brilliantly in the end. I know where to come on future projects, and I certainly will not be slow to recommend your services.

Very pleased with this company. I made a mistake and included the same picture in montage. I was contacted and I was able to make a change very easily. Creating your own montage on their site is very easy and the print came very quickly. We are very pleased.

Excellent service. I had stupidly left a template title on my order which, thankfully, the company were very quick to tell me about, so I was able to change it before it was printed. Although I paid for quicker delivery, I couldn’t believe how quickly it came. Also has a hook on back so it is easy to hang. Very pleased and will be ordering again from this company.

Highly recommend. Easy to do, quick delivery and excellent quality. Slightly disconcerting that you can’t speak to anyone and the WhatsApp chat is hopeless but email communication is good, just check your junk mail.

I recently ordered a collage online. After the order had been placed I received an email about a duplicate photo that had been used. Unfortunately I did not see the email for 2 days. I emailed back after making the necessary amendments and the items was still received within the original timeframe ( including a bank holiday weekend). I am thrilled with the collage, it was well packaged and the print quality is fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend Easy Collage and will definitely use again.

The designs available are great and the website fairly easy to use. Picture is great quality, printed and delivered very quickly.
