I ordered a collage that took a while to create and I didn't realise the delivery was going to mean I might miss the Birthday I was making it for. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and offered to send it via courier with a small additional charge. They kept me informed at all stages of production and I received the collage very quickly and it was beautiful. Great customer service!

The picture itself is really nice, crisp and clear and the design was easy to do. The 'fixing' system on the acrylics on the other hand is very poor. Tiny holes for the screw heads and a long way from the edges so very difficult to locate the screw heads into the fixings - particularly on the 120x 40 one we bought.. It would have been much better to have large triangle shape holes with the point at the top so you can line roughly up and then you could gently slide the acrylic down and the triangle cutouts would mean the screwheads would guide the picture into the right place.
