All good apart from a wooden wedge was floating loose in the parcel when it arrived. it looked as though it had maybe suffered a bash on one corner, other than that all was good.

Glue in the wooden wedges more securely, add additional packing to parcel corners. PS. I also have a mail order service company.

my collages arrived very quickly. this is not the first time I have ordered from this company and I have always found the service extremely good. The parcel has a couple of holes in it, but because the collages were packed well inside the cardboard there was no damage to the actual collages. picture quality is always very good - I have now got 11 of these collages and have also ordered for friends and family - they look great on the wall!

the only thing I would say is that because I ordered 3 at the same time they cam in one package, which was fine, but they were side by side - making it a huge package to try to transport home from my work address where they were delivered. I wonder whether they could have been stacked to make it chunkier, but less large!! this is the only thing and it is very minor!
