I was pleased with the final product, Easy collage helped along the way by checking my choices and allowing me to change it so it was the best it could be

When I had placed the order for my daughter’s 16th birthday gift the process was so simple. I had failed to annotate the gift in the text section of the order but the Customer Service team had contacted me the next day to let me know and asked to confirm if I would like to add a message. In the end they had sorted it out very efficiently and professionally and within a few days it arrived.

My best friend had an accident and suffered extensive brain damage, so for part of his recovery I created a collage poster of photos from all his friends to stimulate his brain and hopefully some memories when he comes out of coma. This was the easiest platform to create a large poster I could find. The poster arrived two days after I ordered and was exceptional quality print and paper. It is now on the wall next to his hospital bed for when he wakes up.

We love the quality of the photos and generally happy with the product, except, slightly disappointed with the frame and the overall price. Almost £200 felt too expensive for the product we received.

Happy with end result except there were duplications. I used another company before and they prompted you if the same photo as used. It took about 10-15 goes and 3 accounts = 10 hours plus to do. I saved it, got an email confirming my username but then when tried to login it said it didn’t not recognise it, even when I copied straight from their email. So Start Again. This happened so many times I gave up - but then got the courage to keep going as I had set window time to complete it. I did not want to lose it so did not Save for final review in case lost it again, so did not have reflection time and after hours doing it, I was stressed and missed duplications. Annoying outcome. Got prompt reply to my email when raised issue. Staff helpful and professional.

Lovely collage

I was informed there had been a technical issue and my order would be delayed. I needed it for a specific date and so I contacted the company. I was really impressed with their customer service and communication on this matter and my order arrived on time. I would highly recommend your company and will definitely use you again in future.

I did find it easy to use but when it came to paying, I made a mistake.. typically me! I used their what’s app conversion and within the next 12 hours all issues were sorted.. they were great. The outcome is incredible and I defo recommend and will be using again.

Purchased a 100 x 70 canvas collage with floating picture frame and I am ecstatic with the result. It is of the highest quality both in terms of materials and the crystal clarity of the photos. First purchase from a 1970’s photo that needed advice and updating pre-printing and this company were patient and helpful in ensuring that my purchase was of the highest quality - when it arrived it looked like it had been taken yesterday. To follow on two large collages again made up from a picture mixture from different decades and again brilliant advice and patience until they could assure me of a high quality print and again that was what was delivered.
