vidaXL Alu Greenhouse Half 3 Sections. Really not worth the money.

Added commments. They (vidaXL) contacted me and offfered to replace the missing components and offered a partial refund. Parts where missing, 4mm sheeting damaged and worst of all even the excuse for a manual was one of the worst I have seen. Little point in putting a photograph by way of explanation when it is indecipherable. Using my own bolts and clips it was assembled and is functioning, but I would not recommend them. For the money I got what I wanted but I cannot imagine most would spend the time and effort involved. Imagine a jigsaw with quite a few of the pieces missing or damaged. That's what they provide (or at least in my case). Added commments. They contacted me and offfered to replace the missing components and offered a partial refund.

Extremely slow delivery

I ordered 14 days ago and still have no tracking. I cannot find a phone number or a link to the "chat"

Over a month and still waiting for replacement parts

Over 500 euro spent on a shed that was delivered with damaged panels. Shed partially assembled unable to complete because they seem unable to put the required parts into a box (with proper protective packaging) and ship. Impossible to contact them, each time email answered by a new person who gives another vague answer. No phone number, no web chat. No support in shed assembly either, the manual shows someone phoning Vidaxl !! how is that possible when no phone number. In all my years shopping on the internet I've never had a worse experience. I will be contacting my credit card company to start charge back process if I'm not given a tracking number this week. -------------------------------- Since leaving the review I was contacted by Dave from VidaXL and he is looking into this. While not able to provide info on when I'd receive the replacement parts it was good to know someone actually was chasing it down. Ill update further when I have line of sight!

Great online site with fantastically priced items

The overall experience with VidaXL was very streamlined and efficient. From placing order online, delivery address and confirmation to actual delivery and information given and even when return one unwanted item, the whole process was very professional, and easy to follow. I ordered 3 items and was extremely please with two, the third was personal preference and nothing to do with quality. Would highly recommend. Thanks VidaXL

Initially refused a refund

Parcel arrived in a damaged box I changed my mind on having item Vidal started to avoid giving me their returns process not until i sent them an email stating that i know my rights... item has been collected by gls a few days agom will wait and see if i will receive my refund.

Poor product and poor service

I ordered a wooden planter which arrived damaged. I contacted customer service who asked if I wanted £5 off the product or a replacement part, I opted for the replacement part, now 2 weeks later I still haven’t received it, after contacting company again they told me they would be in touch, still waiting..........

Crossed fingers

A few major issues but seems to be resolved now, hopefully .When managed to get through to Customer service they ended up being very accomodating to help with them .If they can sort out the contacting issue then might use them again if needed

Order half complete

Ordered 4 chairs, 2 arrived within 5 days but other 2 missing. I emailed customer service and still waiting over another week and not arrived. TERRIBLE

Shocking

Ordered my furniture,very disappointed with the product,then got offered £30 to forget the complaint, Not acceptable so then got told to return and there will be a £5 per item fee for each item that is not packaged properly, The worst company I have ever telt with,I shall be informing friends,family and my clients not to use this company. STAY WELL AWAY from this website

Telephone contact number would be useful

Whilst I understand this is not an Irish company, a telephone number in Ireland would be useful when experiencing difficulties with orders or cancellations.

Difficult to communicate as UK operation seam to have closed.

The item we wanted was not originally shown in the size we required, we tried to call Vida XL and the answer phone said the lines were down for a day, in reality they were down altogether,p. Which proved difficult to communicate.

Absolutely rubbish product - but excellent customer service

Bad instructions, terrible design, cheap feeling end product. But it’s now up in my sons room and I never want anything to do with it again! It was delivered quickly though having voiced my negative opinion I had a phone call from the customer service guy, to follow up on my comments who then partially refunded me - which was above and beyond what I expected. If the company could supply products of the same quality as their customer service, I wouldn't need to go anywhere to get anything! that is why I have given 4 stars - purely for the personnel they employ
