We waren van het begin duidelijk dat we de wijnkoeler in neopreen wilden bestellen maar de opvolging ging zéér traag. Wel staal ontvangen, maar was dan zeer moeilijk om tot de informatie te komen in welke format het design aangeleverd moest worden. Ik kreeg tekeningen door van karton stukjes met een afmeting op, hiermee is een grafisch vormgever niet veel. Bijna 5 maanden was het tussen aanvraag bestelling en levering van de goederen. Uiteindelijk zijn we wel tevreden met de geleverde goederen, maar ik verkies toch een betere communicatie.

I am very disappointed. I had to send countless inquiries in order to get the goods (without printing, I still had to pay the full price). Unfortunately I cannot make a recommendation.

Easy to order, Koozies answered all our questions and the product is as described. Too bad the stitching is visible, otherwise it's all right.

Es wurde extrem schlecht mit uns kommuniziert und im Endeffekt ein falsches Produkt geliefert, das wir nun zurück schicken mussten. Es wurde keinen Wert darauf gelegt auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen.

Service was good with ordering however once received, the items wasn't as requested. I sent an image of with I required as I needed to get the right product, these were the requirements from my client. I have received the items and they are completely different from my request! I would of appreciated a image of the item before order, as you knew they would be different, that would have been a sensible idea. As these items are completely different from my request, my client can't use them - they are now unusable items. I strongly suggest you send pictures before ordering to avoid this, if you know the items will be different please inform your clients!! I was completely unware your tagged items would look like this, as you sent no images and nothing on your website. No service support or after care!! Very disappointed as a small independent business, who can't afford mistakes like this!!

Product is great and arrived on time. Sometimes communication was a bit slow and I had to follow up several times to book the order.
