I bought a Wok Burner and cabinet for use in my outdoor kitchen and was very happy with the product. A little technical difficulty meant I had to seek help from Customer services and they sorted it quickly and to my entire satisfaction. I therefore would recommend Maxima for good service.

I bought the mixer as a replacement for a Kmix. I can honestly say that it is the best purchase I have made in a very long time. The mixer is exceptionally well built with all stainless-steel paddle, hook, whisk and bowl. What particularly attracted me to the mixer was its ability to knead pizza dough. (we eat pizza every Saturday!) I don’t believe that there is a domestic mixer on the British market, in this range that is specified to knead 2kg of dough (speed 2-4). I found the price of the mixer very attractive at about half of its equivalent on the UK market with a better specification. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now and find it mixes very quietly and efficiently. The former mixer rattled up and down the bench! A timer would have been an excellent addition. I’ve improvised with a simple plug-in timer that has 5-minute increments and seems to do the trick. If your serious about baking, this is the mixer for your kitchen.
