The mixer we received has fallen apart .

My experience will be decided when the issues that have arisen are resolved. After sales service is where you can really decide on the professionalism of a company. I have two pieces that have fallen of the mixer and it can not be used for health and safety reasons. The mixer is only 2 months old.

Not ok

I order, and pay for the order, the order was out of stock, but would be in stock 2 and 4 days later, I go and check if the products are for sale in the shop after those 2 and 4 days, and it was... so I expect my order to be sent. after 2 days I haven't got any update, I write in their chat, but not much help there, I fill out a form, but didn't get any reply, then I write an email, then I get an email that my products not are in stock... this is absolutely not ok, they have taken the money... then I at least expect to be first in line, I mean so you don't put the products up for sale in their webshop before sending my products ... I replied to that email, almost about what I wrote above, but no reply, no update on time, even when the time have changed, so as it is now, I know nothing... I waited for reply before posting this here. I like to have a normal dialog about issues, but that's proberly only who want that...

worst quality for pro equipment

we bought two juice extractors. In reality never worked. Always had a problem, broken parts etc. When we asked to be covered by guaranty they said that they cannot cover. We dumb them and bought two from frucosol and we got no problem.

Top quality product, but a bit noisy for domestic use

Excellent company to deal with. All emails were answered very quickly and efficiently. Product arrived very quickly. I can not fault the company at all. The construction of the hot plate is top quality. It's probably, in my opinion, more suited to commercial use than domestic (but this is only because I chose the more high-power unit) Perfect for outdoor cooking/BBQ

Stressfull

Experience with your Compagny was great but the tansporter fastway was very bad saying the package was delivered and sign for but i didn t receive anything and no answer from the compagny as it was a friday and then a guy show up to our door on sunday to deliver with nothing on his van or uniform saying it was fastway but overhall im very happy with the product

Slow delivery but really good product

The waffle Iron is really good quality and only took one use to get the settings right and work out the amount of batter to use in each section. Consistent through prolonged use as well. Delivery was quite slow taking 11 days from order but I understand this can be due to current circumstances and is the responsibility of the courier. Perhaps offering options for more robust shipping with detailed tracking would be an idea for people who need items to arrive quicker.

Still waiting for item to arrive after 10 days

Unfortunately at this time I cannot review the item as I am still waiting for it to arrive after 10 days. Ordered on the 8th of March, shipped on the 9th and today is the 18th. For a delivery charge of €25 the DHL service selected is very poor and gives minimal tracking information. At the time of writing this I have no clue where the item is or any idea of when it will arrive. It is unfortunate as the product looks to be of good quality on the site and the price was very reasonable.
