This deep fat fryer is a better quality than anything I have brought in the UK, very much a profession item at a domestic price. The GB sterling priced quoted did not actually match up to the final price paid due to the exchange rate. But very pleased with the item.

I found dealing with Maxima very straight forward and efficient.

It took two persons 6 hours to remove the plastic and when it was removed still parts where there and lost of glue rests when in the oven. I called the company to complain. They react as if they couldn't care less.

I made a purchase and I was thinking that the delivery should take longer but arrived in one week. Almost everything was ok, just one part of the machine was broken on transport or packing but when I contact Maxima they solved it so fast. so I do not have words to thanks the good products and fastest delivery with them.

There was an issue with the product, probably due to shipping. They offered me THREE different option to make me pleased. Bad things happen, but they do all to make things right again. I am satisfied, great service!

I bought the thermal mixer to replace a Cuisinart one that I had and that got a leak + bottom seal out of socket after a while... Cuisinart has definitely degraded the quality of their products compared to 10 years ago. As soon as I unpacked the thermal mixer, I thought "what a great product". The build quality is great, the seal is excellent and the results are awesome. I was really looking for that silky feeling for soups and smoothies and that blender exceed expectations. A couple of things : I was surprised at the size of the based, but soon realised that this is because there's a whole cooking unit down there... not just different blender functions. Also, the unit will only operate once the lid is in place and secured. There will be a blip sound when lid is in place. You will need to set the level of blending and the time before pressing the start button and start blending, that is not very intuitive but eventually you figure it out. No documentation regarding how to operate was sent with the product. Also would have appreciated some cooking recipes etc. And one last thing, capacity is quite small, you will need several batches in order to serve 4 people, it is recommended not to fill up the container more than half for hot soup... Again great product, more pricey than a "normal" blender but will allow you to blend soups directly from the saucepan at boiling temperature and results are awesome so worth every penny imo.

Only the time for the delivery wasn't carrect, 2 or3 days later. The rest perfect!
