Zeer goede klantenservice met persoonlijke aandacht

Na bestelling van schokbrekers bleek de set te hard voor mijn set-up van de motor. Met een telefoontje werd mijn vraag direct opgepikt en een perfecte oplossing geboden. Schokbrekers inmiddels terugontvangen. Alles zonder extra verzendkosten. Dat is bij andere webshops wel anders. Deze webshop geeft vertrouwen en geeft mij een gerust gevoel bij aanschaf.

Catastrophique!!!

Je n'ai jamais reçu mes amortisseurs. FedEx indique qu'ils ont été livrés, malgré plusieurs relances, personne ne me donne de réponse, c'est inadmissible.

I ordered the Bell Retro Shield Custom 500 Dark Smoke. The image on the website of this item is not what I received. Although what I had received is a BellRetro Shield Custom 500 Dark Smoke, I needed the actual item that’s on the website image. It’s smaller than the Bell retro shield and it doesn’t have a lip at the bottom of the visor. And it doesn’t vibrate when you are riding along the road.

Item is very cheap

Not really happy. Company and people I’m fine with but item is not that great for the price. Looks like it’s 3D printed and cheap plastic. The mounts are not polished and you can still see the bend marks in them. For an expensive bike it looks cheap.
