Items on the site did not state or out of stock . Delivery was slow as only after I ordered and paid for express delivery I had to chased they order through the support contact where I advised the items were not in stock and took over two weeks for delivery.

excellente proposition au niveau des produits et des prix Le seul problème est le paiement par carte Visa, car Paypal m'a bloqué le passage du paiement car Paypal a mentionné " ne pas reconnaître ma carte Visa". Donc je n'ai pas pu commander. Le magasin ne me paraît pas responsable, mais Paypal seul a refusé ma carte. Serait-ce que Paypal soit trop intrusif et que la sécurité de ma banque ait protégé ma carte ?

Took a while to get the order but, it wasn't up to the dealer. Once they received the item, it was sent and I got it within 24h. Customer support took sometimes 1-2 days to reply, but did answer to my questions.

Made two orders. One recieved after more than one month. Second order not recieved yet. Ordered 20 days ago. Shipped in 1-2 days, but reality is more then 2 weeks.

Great product, good price

Due to weird local laws I had to place an order for the Motone slip on exhausts to Cafe Racer in the Netherlands for something that is manufactured in the UK while I am based in England?! Anyway, the guys at Cafe Racer have been excellent with the communication regarding the status of my order and after a few weeks I got the Bedlam exhausts for my Triumph Bobber!!! Only small complaint, on the website these exhausts show as stock item ready for immediate dispatch although clearly they had to order them first from Motone.

Good service, relatively timely shipping. Watched many reviews and YouTube videos, none of which mentioned the quality issues requiring extensive prep necessary before paint. Low spaces, a mould deformation around the headlight opening and thinner-than-expected material made me doubt the end product to the point I considered returning, but my painter gave me a deal on the prep since he had the color on hand.
