It was my first time here, as I was looking for some stainless steel sheet (3mm) to create a bracket for a bike project. It was easy to navigate the site and find the sheets needed. Easy check out and only a few days later the package was here. Acceptable pricing when comparing with many other webshop and the price for a small sheet of metal.

I have ordered a battery on the 15 Jan 24 payed for the express delivery which was supposed to be 1 to 3 days I still have not received my battery and it is now the 27 Jan and have heard nothing from the company I have only rated it as 1 as I don't if its only mine that has issues with delivery

I very seldom leave reviews, but this transaction calls for one. I've dealt with numerous businesses purchasing aftermarket parts for my bike. I can say that caferacerwebshop is the best I've dealt with. Customer service is gold standard, where communication is always open and my questions prior to, during and after purchase where always answered. I was never left in the dark. I had reservations on making the rearsets purchase for my bike since it was an overseas transaction, but pulled the trigger since no vendor sells them here. Long story short. The item was shipped and received it within a day or so.... Shipping to USA, NJ was lightning fast!! Faster than any of the parts I've purchased here in the states...I couldn't have quickly it was delivered to my doorsteps .You guys are the best!! I greatly appreciate your business and people that work there. Thank you!

I made a significant order, because the website offers various parts that for convenience you can order together. First the good parts, dispatch and delivery were very fast, 5 stars for that. The quality of the products varies, but that had to do with the manufacturer not the website, so again 5 stars. The 3 stars are actually because of customer service, they try their best to assist and reply quickly, but they somewhat failed to help me with a problem with my order. Summary: Ordered 1" grips and received a set that contain one grip on 1" and the other 7/8", I contacted them, provided photos,measurements, but they still told me it was correct (while the manufacturer website clearly states that it is not supposed to be like that).
