All parts were sent but as informed a part that was expected in a couple of days its reality delivery time was about two weeks due to supplier issues. I informed about that and the order sent withaout it immediately. I am very satisfied with my experience from your shop.

Few items i ordered appeared to be in stock but they wasn't. I paid my whole order in advance and i havent received any updates except payment confirmation. Took more than a week after i got a response that some of the items werent in stock, offering me an alternative. After i agreed with the alternative i havent received response for a few days. Then finally i got response saying that the item they offered me as an alternative are no longer available. So i had to get two items refunded afterall.. For a second order I made here, I ordered Fork brackets for blinkers. I wasnt sure if its going to fit the LED blinkers i ordered prevously but i was assured that they will fit. They didnt... I had to make my own custom screws to make it fit.. From my experience communication was very bad, although shipping within EU is fairly quick. If the communication would get better id definetely recommend this shop but so far i unfortuntately can't.

I stumbled on CafeRacerWebshop.com, now it's the first place I go when looking for parts for my custom bikes.

Two years ago I bought a couple of mirrors. My bike fell over and i broke one of the hinges. So I contacted them to ask if they sold the hinge separately. To my amazement i only had to pay shipping. Which was already insane. Than came the big surprise. I was sent TWO new mirrors because the shop owner thought there might be a difference in the ones i was sent two years ago and the ones they stock now.

Paid extra for express shipping, the carrier did deliver in 24h but the company took a week to ship the order...

The product I bought was sent out within an hour of purchase, there was an issue with customs in the UK however cafe racer webshop assisted me on that thankfully. Extremely happy with my product, finishes off my project nicely

I placed an order and it came incomplete. I then emailed them with pictures as requested and their reply was that I did not order such items. The invoice clearly shows my items that I paid for. This tells me that someone is trying to cheat me. I will not order from cafe racer we shop ever again and will tell all of my friends.
