I ordered a K100 Mod 3 seat. Unfortunately the particular seat style and colour were not readily available. The team gave me a couple of options one of which included the same seat in a different colour/ stitching. Which I chose. I would buy from the caferacerwebshop again without hesitation.

I'm in Canada. I can purchase from the EU, at better pricing and faster shipping than I can from Canada or the USA?

I ordered YSS Rear ZRX1200R shocks from the UK with import duties VAT etc still come in £150 cheaper than anywhere else inc uk, quick turnaround spot on from FedEx too, i would order again without hesitation thanks.

There was a delay in the dispatch of my tyre but I was notified in good time. A new date was set for delivery and the tyre arrived one week ahead of this date. Excellent value for money and first class communication. I highly recommend these guys to deal with. Fantastic from start to finish.

I ordered a set of brake shoes, they were listed as in stock, ships within 1 - 2 days (they are still labeled as such as of the writing of this review). However, after a week of no updates I reached out and was told they were actually not in stock, and a restock was in the process, but estimated delivery date was unsure. That same day I was told that a shipment came in and they'd send it to me right away. Despite the setback, pretty good service thus far. However, when I opened my package I found (compatible) brake shoes from a different brand (EBC instead of TRW) which cost about half as much as the ones I paid for. It seems they got mislabeled in the warehouse as the sticker read TRW but the box and it's contents read EBC. Luckily it was a compatible set, so I was able to install these and make it in time for an event! I emailed them again, I was told that I could get the difference refunded, which they did. So whilst this was quite a journey, an adventure dare I say, I'm very happy with the customer service. And despite all the hassle I now have some extra cash back in my account plus new brakes on the bike, so honestly kind of a win right?

Not the first time I have ordered with these guys. Always fast delivery and customer service is spot on. Would highly recommend.

Very professional, and competent

Bought a jacket on sale and some cloth tape for doing some wiring in a car. Fast shipping as always, and products as expected.

Ordered a pair or finned header exhaust clamps. The clamps are somehow fused together, the screws to attached to the bike filled and shut. They are literally useless. So far no answer to any of the emails sent. Will be requesting a charge back from paypal. Stay clear!

First time I have used CafeRacer and I would not be more impressed. Prices were excellent and the service has been faultless. Will definitely be coming back for more bits as my build progresses. My thanks to the whole team.
