Well, the item I purchased was in back order, so it took a little more than we expected to be shipped and delivered, but the issued was closely followed through, and in the end all went well. This means, among other things, a great customer service. Shipping, then, was ultra-fast.

I told several of my motorcycle buddies about this company to order parts for their build projects. I am highly recommend this company and I will definitely order from this site again.

I was looking for some parts for my cafe racer build and found suitable parts on the website. The parts were unfortunately not in stock but should come in later on so I kept an eye out. When the website said that the parts were in stock I put in my order but then I got an e-mail saying that the parts were actually not in stock. After a few weeks I contacted customer support to find out the actual status. Customer support appologized and suggested another part that was slightly more expensive but sent it without any extra cost. Problem solved. So, this would have been a 10 star rate had it not been for the incorrect information about availability on the website.

The product was not fitting the bike it was ordered for. Even the document that came with the pipes did say it was for other model, so not a manufacture failure but a simple greedy Company failure, i cant recomend this Company to other collegs or kostumers Blacha mc reparation og service.

Ordered a tire that was available "in 1-2 days". 5 months later I still didn't receive my order and the customer service is telling me for the third time that they will ship it by the end of this week. This is a joke. Don't trust this shop, the customer service or the delivery times of their products. This is a joke.

Hi I was hoping to receive a full mounting kit with the covers like spacers for the bracket you sent and nuts and bolts so the covers can go straight on when a customer receives them. For some reason the pre drilled holes in the covers don’t quite line up with the ones on my bike so I’ll have to make custom brackets to be able to fit them to my k100

The Cafe Racer seat came in time, great packaging and excellent product
