Wrong product, but fast!

I think it was an honest mistake. They sent an XL instead of an L. They sent it quickly, they accepted the return, and they apologized. How do we judge that? That's up to you.

A dreadful experience

Failed communication, non-response, charged for FedEx Express but item sent by NL Post and did not arrive. I am sad that this once good business has sunk to this level of failure and will never order from them again.
