The ordering process was very easy. The parcel was well packaged. Fitting was not so easy. I checked the website manuals and found fitting the hugger required some Velcro strips that were not included. I resorted to packing the hugger with washers to get the best fit until I can work out a better solution

Poor item was out of stock to start with ,when it did arrive I had to work out how it was supposed to go together, no paperwork with it what so ever!

I’ve ordered from this site a couple times. When everything goes well it’s good but if you have any sort of problem nobody will help you. I’ve been waiting for my package for more than 2 weeks, the shipping company doesn’t recognize the tracking number provided by the cafe racer webshop and after 2 days of continuous attempted phone calls to cafe racer webshop nobody picks up the phone.

I randomly ran across the site searching for parts needed on a bmw cafe racer I’m working on. The bike needed shocks and the YSS were a great match. Being able to quickly select length, and end bold diameter made the process the easiest I’ve found online in the last 20 years of building bikes.
