I ordered multiple items that were all marked as immediately available and ready to ship. After two weeks of my order status showing as "awaiting shipment," I reached out and was told they are experiencing a delay with their supplier. They are also very slow to respond to emails.

As the delivery time was several weeks it would be good to get information of the progress , just to know that things are takeing a step forward. In my case I have been restoring an old bike that has not been running for several years so I do not mind the long delivery time . It is much better get a part that fits .

I was having trouble finding shock absorbers for under £500. These were well under, in fact a bargain price, and with CafeRacer I could tailor them to suit my needs. The Shock absorbers arrived in good time and were very well packaged. They look great on the bike, and I am very pleased with them; a great shopping experience.

Ma commande : siège motone king cobra s’adaptant directement sur ma bobber TFC c’est à dire comprenant à la fois le siège et la coque, alors que sur la bobber classique le siège est en 2 parties séparées, à savoir l’assise capitonnée se fixant sur la coque. Ainsi le siège s’adapte directement sur le support (tige fixée sur le cadre de la moto) et cela me permet de conserver quasiment ma hauteur de selle d’origine à 69cm. Sinon, la solution Triumph consistant à remplacer mon siège d’origine par celui d’une bobber classique me faisait grimper ma hauteur de selle à 76cm! J’en ai profité pour commander un large support pour selle bobber, bien placé en prix (33,37€) pour éventuellement me faire fabriquer une selle customisée par un sellier. Très satisfait de ma commande.

Purchased the Motone Jupiter 2 exhaust tips, arrived in a couple of days and well packaged. Can’t fault caferacerwebshop, Motone though could provide fitting instructions. Straight forward enough on the right side but fitting on the left was not quite as easy doesn’t look as good as the chrome heat shield touches the bracket they provide and forces it to stand proud

Product bestellen was simpel. De terugkoppeling en bevestiging van de bestelling was ook snel binnen. Levering was ook keurig op tijd binnen.

First I ask if the shocks are the same as description and will they meet the stated deadlines as I was in hurry. When I made order and payed, they didn't ship in time, neither in a few days. No answering on my emails. I had to claim through Paypal for refund. Few days after refund they emailed me the shocks are already with them, if I still want them. I answered I want them, and again no further response. I have to make new order and finally after shipping time I have them. What a surprice - they are not same as those I asked for. I had to adjust mounting position with washers to suit my bike as returning is too much effort.
