Verry happy with the new grips

Sent the wrong size to what I ordered. Numerous mails to customer service to check on return postage etiquette for this. Each reply taking 2 days and not answering the simple question. When return finally arranged was asked if wanted to receive correct size which I confirmed only to then be refunded. Just a slow experience.

Easy to order and goods where here really quick

I ordered a temperature gauge at their store (€35), when i ordered it said "delivered in 1-2 business days". I finally got the package - almost 3 weeks later. When i informed about delivery they told me "a mistake on the website". All good i still got my product, but immediately after opening i could see multiple spots where the product was damaged (the gauge screws into your engine so i would expect to receive it in perfect condition so i dont damage my engine). I message the customer support AGAIN and i get a very casual reply that basically says "you dont know anything about the product everything is fine, we didnt throw with it or whatever". This upset me even more but i ignored it, since i still received a product. Once i try to put the guage on (which was sold to me as suitable for my engine) it doesnt even fit closely, not at all. So now im stuck with 1. a damaged product that i will have to send all the way back to them, 2. that i had to wait almost a month for and 3. arrived damaged and to finish this all off 4. it doesnt even fit... All of this wouldnt have been such a problem if i just received proper (pro-active?) customer support, but now i will never buy anything here again sadly...

Veel aparte onderdelen voor een cafe racer. Maar dat kan ook op een "normale" motor. Mooie site, makkelijk iets te bestellen en een hele snelle levering.

Behalve bijna 2 maanden wachten op levering, Blijvend bestookt met ongevraagde emails met reclame. Steeds weer afgemeld, maar blijft maar komen. Zeeeer irritant.

Erg behulpzaam en betrokken. Goede prijzen ook dus topper

Bought a lot from this shop lately and is really happy with their range of products and prices. But the web experience could be even better if they added better filtering and more filtering options. Take tires as an example, you can choose the inches and brand and that's it. Would be nice to be able to pick width, tire type, tube/no tube etc. Would also be nice to be able to turn off notifications on mail if you left stuff in your cart that you haven't ordered yet. Working on a project bike makes me add stuff daily to my cart, but I only order every 2 weeks. Kind of annoying to get 14 mails reminding me or asking me if i forgot to order

Overzichtelijke website en prijs-kwaliteit is erg goed. Levering is supersnel en veel keuze.
