I absolutely do not recommend this store. My experience with their customer service – especially with the contact person I communicated with by email, Edwin – has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered a pair of gloves from them in August. When they arrived, they were too small, so I sent them back to the Netherlands for an exchange. My postal service later informed me that the store had refused to accept the return package, even though they never contacted me or explained why.
On top of that, they had specifically instructed me how to label the parcel – including printing and attaching a note stating that the shipment was only an exchange. I followed their instructions exactly. Despite this, they still refused to accept the package. It was sent back to me, and when I resent it, they refused it again. In total, this cost me an additional 100 euros in shipping alone.
Throughout this whole process, Edwin repeatedly insisted that the problem was “the fault of the postal service.” However, when the parcel was returned to me, it was clearly marked by the postal service as “refused by recipient.” I have photo evidence of this, so their explanation simply isn’t true.
This level of incompetence and unwillingness to help a customer is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop.
