Ne correspond pas à la photo et est abimé

Le casque ne correspond pas à la photo du site ( cerclage argent sur la photo et cuire noire en réalité ) de plus le casque date de 2023 et présente des éraflures

Très Déçu pour une première commande

Malgré les informations précises que j'avais préalablement envoyé pour être sûr et pour commander un lèche roue arrière 1200 gs 2011 k25 cardan à droite, il m'a été envoyé un lèche roue de 1200 gs LC k50 cardan à gauche, c'est bien dommage pour une première commande...je ne pense pas retourner chez ce fournisseur..

Lieferversprechen konnte nicht gehalten werden

Die angesprochene Lieferfrist von 3-4 Tage konnte nicht eingehalten, da das Produkt nicht verfügbar war und auch der Lieferant keinen Termin genannt hat. Am Ende habe ich das Produkt doch erhalten zu einem tollen Preis und somit 4 Sterne

Es dauert alles zu lange.

Die erste Bestellung bekam ich nach über vier Wochen. Es lag daran dass die Gabelbrücke nicht mehr vorrätig war. Gut, kann passieren. Meine zweite Bestellung liegt jetzt auch schon fast eine Woche zurück, und bisher bekam ich nur die Bestätigung dass die Bestellung eingegangen ist.

I reveived half of the order

I reveived my order in expected time I hade order one helmet and one pair of gloves I only recieved the helmet. The gloves werenet inside the box. I never received a notice that i will receive the gloves in second delivery, either that the gloves werent available at teh time and that i am going to receive the balance in bank tranfer. I have placed my complaints in company's email and waitimng for their response. based on how they will handle the situation i will leave another updated comment
